?20 or ?21 for Adults and ?15 for all other groups IIRC.
  2. BornCaley - I hope you don't mind but I added a poll into your first post so people can also vote on this
  3. I barely use the Official one at all. Would be handy to book tickets online but I don't find it very useful or interesting. In fact I think it is quite amateur.

If Mackie doesn't make it then expect this lad to make an appearance: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...een/7512458.stm
  5. The Sunday Mail is written for Old Filth fans. They know nothing about the other 10 SPL teams or lower league football. I wouldn't be concerned if they are predicting us for relegation.

I don't know about Diamond but no doubt Calderwood will tell folk he has 13 players struggling for the game by Thursday and he would be one of them. Certainly the best out of a generally poor back line from my point of view anyway.Smith will be a threat and he has had a good pre season. We need to keep him quiet. McGuire is a headless chicken. Pace aside he will be little threat.

The new season is now only a week away for the big SPL teams and a good first game to have and another chance to get the Aberdeen monkey of our backs. I expect the papers to be full of the fact that we have never beaten Aberdeen in a competitive match and also how Aberdeen will be going through another injury crisis before they play us. Aberdeen have been busy in the transfer market as Calderwood continues his revolving door transfer system. Out have gone McNamara, Nicholson, Touzani and Steve Lovell while Bertrand Bossu, Sammy Stewart, Gary MacDonald Mark Kerr, Charlie Mulgrew have arrived with others likely to come in the next week. With Lovell and Nicholson gone at least Aberdeen won't be able to score a penalty or any last minute winners against us :018: Overall, I would believe that Aberdeen are slightly weaker than last season but then again so are we. It will be interesting to see how our new look strike force, whatever it might be, fares against the Reds back line. The chances of the abysmal Richie Byrne starting are lessened by Mulgrews arrival. ICT fans will remember him from the famous 4 - 2 victory at Tannadice and while he poses a threat going forward he is rotten when it comes to defending so I think we should seek to exploit this. Considine at the back is, by all accounts, still poor and Diamond will partner him to try and get him through the game. We should look at trying to play up against Considine if we are to lump long balls up to the forwards and we have a tall player to win these aerial duels. I reckon that Mackie and Miller will start for Aberdeen up front provided both are fit (Mackie is meant to be battling to win his fitness battle to start) and we will need to watch both. Miller has caused us problems in the past and won a few penalties for being complete fairy while Mackie seems to despise us and tries his hardest to get a goal against us. He doesn't seem afraid to leave the boot in on some challenges and should be booed from the start of the game :thumb04: While I don't think Aberdeen are any great shakes they seem to hold a voodoo sign over us and it seems that no matter how badly they play they grind out the result If we keep it tight and simple then the Dons fans will get on the backs of the Aberdeen players as they will not find us easy to break down. If we can play on the counter attack with a bit of pace I honestly feel that we can get our first victory over Aberdeen. However, realistically I am going to go for a 0 - 0 or 1 - 1 finish.

This is the part that gets me. Bennett himself even admitted that the deal with Dinamo was a straight one and that Marius was due a piece of the transfer fee. Why has this changed now? I can't help but wonder if the Marius saga is likely to affect some transfers between us and other teams in the future.
  9. Have Rangers and Celtic run this idea by the SPL to gain approval? Additionally, will they be charging each other to handle Away tickets for the Old Filth games?
  10. LOL. We have quite a few "strong heads" shall we say in our swaud nowadays. If only we still had Bradshaw...
  11. :017: It very much isn't!
  12. He hasn't said this at all.

http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/Article.aspx/767499 So it would seem we have the transfer fee. Marius still wants a cut of the deal. ICT still hold the players documents until this "cut" is sorted out.
  14. Your stalking abilities are proving useful! :004:
  15. Cowie would be fully committed to ICT right up until his contract runs out. There is nothing wrong with him wanting to take the next step up in his career if he feels ready for it and doesn't want to remain at ICT. He wouldn't suddenly stop trying in any game he played in. He would still play his heart out up until he leaves (in a hypothetical scenario with us) like he did with County the other season.

So who backed down - Marius or ICT?
  17. RiG replied to a post in a topic in Caley Thistle
    Dundee United have caved in.

Look at what happened to Livi - transfer embargo placed upon them and they couldn't sign anyone for a season and a bit.
  19. Thankfully yes!

Well according to Caley D... So ti would seem that ICT have the cash but they are witholding the registration papers for Marius until he waives the fee. Until he agrees to waive this Dinamo don't get the papers. They had till 3pm to get Marius to waive the fee or the money would be sent back. If true it would appear that ICT do have the money. Then again it's quite likely to be even more twisted stories about this saga.
  21. Not sure Alex. I definitely recognise the name Callaghan from somewhere involving ICT and he caused a problem with a transfer before.

Yup. I was going to say something similar but thought you had already said it earlier in the thread so left it out. I would be furious if ICT let Rangers charge them thousands of pounds per season for providing this service. I'm sure the online ticketing service can be left to take charge of dealing with the Orcs and Trolls from Glasgow when they come calling. Wel will have all their information on a database so troublemakers can be easily identified and banned from our ground.

I have really gone off Bennet the last couple of seasons. In fact I find myself really disliking the guy to be honest. This latest episode shows just how poorly run we are off the field*. We have a lot of catching up to do. *If the Nicuale saga is in fact due to us being complicated and chancing our arm and Dinamo being above board.

What a cretin Martin Bain is. Lets hope ICT follow suit and tell Rangers to stick their plan where the sun doesn't shine.
