I would agree with Hislopsoffsideagain(maybeevenmorethanInzaghi) - Tokely looked very much off the pace today as did Hart. Aluko (spelling) didn't give him as hard a time as I thought he might do though having said that but Tokely offered very little going forward and was caught out badly when Aberdeen shuffled their pack and he really didn't need to make the challenge he did that gave away the penalty.

And he did score an OG for Aberdeen earlier this season. Maybe he had them on his coupon? :004:

First half was pretty even in that both sides were dreadful. The shooting on show was terrible. We were much improved after the break and had all the good chances. Black, Niculae and Bayne in particular should have put us ahead before Rosscoe inexcusably felled Miller in the box to allow Aberdeen to rob us of the point which we deserved (at the very least). I can't think of any real chances Aberdeen had in the 2nd half. It wasn't exactly all ICT but we had much the better of the ball and Langfield pulled off some cracking saves. No idea why Wyness wasn't brought on and the subbing of Hart for Rankin was peculiar indeed. I wonder about the language barrier with Marius - several times today he got mixed up with another ICT player going for the same ball and taking it off him or colliding with him. It's not something I've noticed before but it was very evident today. Another unimpressive Dons performance yet they have the 3 points again. We still haven't learned to take our chances against them.

Diamond is rubbish. That is actually a boost for Aberdeen. Byrne will likely play centre half. Now this guy is mince on the left side but he has apparently been playing really well in the centre of defence.

Agreed. Wouldn't it be great if, like Robson at Forfar, he comes back full of confidence and belief that he can make it with us. Not that he didn't have that anyway but if you are playing regularly and playing well it gives you a massive lift to your game and makes you perform better.
