He wasn't so sharp against Livi or Aberdeen but for about 3 maybe 4 games before them he was playing really well indeed. He is an easy target for a lot of folk, myself included I must admit, but I can also admit when he has been playing well and over the last month he has been a lot better - but just exclude Aberdire and Lavi

I think he was at fault as well for their equaliser with a slack back pass but I still think the cross could have been defended better. I like the bit at the end of the BBC story - Roy McBain played a reserve game after 2 months out. Nice and simple there!

I think it's good news. Before the Livi game he is, IMO, one of our most improved performers recently. Worth an extension until we sign Pirlo anyway.

Not sure why but I would like to see the 7th place team finish with more points than the 6th placed team. The split provides some excitement up until a point but after that it goes flat again. Keep the excitement going till the end of the season by not having one and allowing more clubs to fight for 5th or 6th spot.

He looked quite good against a very strong Aberdeen reserve side last week. He was comfortable on the ball and got forward to support the midfield and forwards well from right back.

I think that despite all the moaning folk do, myself inc;luded at times, the lack of coverage about us sometimes works to our advantage. Look at the Hibs game, we weren't expecting anything from that game and we got 3 points. The Livi game was hyped up a lot more for obvious reasons and we fell flat. I prefer it when we are the underdogs - makes winning so much sweeter!

I say we invade Livilions to show our happiness at this result... :)

So there was more than one person starting on the Livi seats then on Saturday allegedly? The old man turned round and said something to me but the only time I even came close to attacking the seat was just like in the post I made there but perhaps also when I nearly fell down the stand when we scored and there was a rush of fans across the stand to celebrate.

I don't think they are ever going to appoint a manager. They will just have a caretaker in there for the rest of the clubs lifetime.

When he scored the goal (Barcas second) he ran towards the corner flag and kicked it to show how pissed off he was with all the abuse he was getting but that just made it worse. You could hear the monkey chants from the stands.

Are you talking about the Motherwell game? I have no doubt any boos on Saturday past were for Murray but for the Motherwell game they seemed to be more at the players given the moaning that was going on.

We should be aiming to finish as high as possible - whatever that position might be. In a way however I can see similarities between us and Charlton and the way they normally finish the season.
