  1. Go to the police mate. That is nothing short of assault. They wear fluorescent yellow jackets to make them easily identifiable, the jackets do not give them the right to use excessive force.
  2. If this stewards actions were as they are described there, then it is not only unacceptable, it is assault. Get your mate to fire an assault charge at the steward.
  3. :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: and going on the article in todays Sun, there will be many more, he does not want to leave ICT! :crazy07:
  4. Wasn't at the game today, but I am appalled at what I've read on here. If this is true, then I for one call for Mike Smith to resign immediately. Smith, you are a disgrace to the club, you will not be missed.
  5. Has there been any more on the "adopt an anthem" issue? I still think Flower O' Scotland is very apt given that we are caley jaggies and would be the song that is mostly likely to get the entire stadium belting it out! Wont be there unfortunately, but if all goes well, I fully intend getting a season ticket in the Noisy Section next season.
  6. I don't know, probably. There's a guy I work with here, who's dad is pally with Mileson. Aparently Gretna wasn't even his first choice team to be a sugar daddy for!
  7. They don't need a youth set up. There's a perfectly decent set up not far from where they are in the shape of Carlisle. I'm told that all the young players that don't make it at Carlisle go to Gretna in order to further their career.
  8. Theres a company in Golspie called Ripoff & Scarper :015:

    Robson

I'll decline your wager on the knowledge that by the end of next season, you will be a poor student and will need your "fifty big ones". Are you sure you're about to go to uni? Most children grow out of that kind of argumentation by high school. My point still stands - you have 6983 more seats than us but can only muster about 3000 extra fans every Saturday than us? We are perhaps only a few years away from a 4th stand. Therefore we have more potential. It's really not that difficult a concept to grasp. I'll reiterate my point from earlier; exactly who are you to say what Robson would or would not want to do?

    Robson

Just a thought here but are you good personal friends with Barry Robson? Thought not, Stuart McCaffrey is however, and it was HIM, not us that suggested it in the paper with the direct quote of "he'd come back in a flash". Now call me stupid all you like, I'd say Caff is in a substantially better position to comment on what Robson would or would not do than you are. I agree with Caff, I think he'd come back in a flash due to him being among no hopers at Tannadice, where, if he performed poorly, the fans would not hesitate to boo him off the park. The family atmosphere up here is a lot better than the boo boys you lot have. For having a stadium capacity of 14209, an average attendance of 7226 is nothing to shout about - 50% of your stadium filled on average... Woo hoo! :crazy07: We on the other hand have a stadium capacity of 7400, and attract an average of 4791 - 64% of maximum capacity. There goes your much bigger stadium theory. Financially speaking your only in the position you're in because of Eddie Thompson(sp?), yes Dundee is a bigger city than Inverness but not by much - so your fanbase theory is warped as well. But hey, don't let the facts get in the way of you're little DUFC bubble of dreams. Actually I want to burst your bubble... Season 98/99 Pts - 34 finished - 9th (6pts clear of relegation) 99/00 Pts - 39 Finished - 8th (6pts clear of relegation) 00/01 Pts - 35 Finished - 11th (5pts clear of relegation) 01/02 Pts - 46 Finished - 8th (25pts clear of relegation) - due to a very poor St Johnstone 02/03 Pts - 32 Finished - 11th (4pts clear of relegation) 03/04 Pts - 49 Finished - 5th (23pts clear of relegation) - reasonably successful 04/05 Pts - 36 Finished 9th (3pts clear of relegation) 05/06 Pts - 33 Finished 9th (15pts clear of relegation) - had it not been for Livingstone you would have stayed up by goal difference alone. Excluding one season, DUFC have been consistantly gash. Next season is when you will be found out and First division looms - but on the upside you'll have your derby back :021: The defence rests - a lot like Yinited's when a team is on the attack :crazy07:

    Robson

your obviously a complete tool :blah01: you'l say anything but you dont have the first clue to back it up :015: So because I can't be arsed responding sensibly to your utter drivel, that therefore makes me a complete tool? I refer you to the link further up the page that Scotty so kindly posted. DUFC are NOT a bigger club than ICT at the moment, you're forgetting that apart from this season, since ICT have won promotion DUFC have been relegation fodder.

    Robson

Seriously keep going - this is the sort of stuff that'll get you your big break in a comedy club! DUFC for relegation next season!

    Robson

step back! What planet are you on?

    Robson

Read in one the tabloid's yesterday (not the most reliable of source's, I know) that Barry Robson - given the opportunity would come back in a flash according to Caff. Given that we do have a bit of money to play with now, and we are looking for someone to go in the left midfield position, I'd take him back in a flash! :crazy07:
  15. Indeed competition for places can only be a good thing, however roscoe23's calling for a replacement for Tokely. Even though he's not had his best season, for me, he's one of the first names on the team sheet.
  16. I'll give you credit for wanting to make an atmosphere at games, but on this topic you have no clue about what your talking about. Proctor and Parrat have both failed in that area because Tokely is possibly one of the best full backs in the SPL. His consistancy and fitness are both aspects of his game that should be an example to younger players throughout Scotland. Theres no doubting the youth cup winners ability's, but I'm afraid even they would fail to take Rossco's starting place away from them due to inexperience and schoolboy errors. Tokely is a true ICT legend and is not in the ICT starting XI because he's pally with CC, he is there on merit. Long may he continue to pull on the shirt and play his socks off!
  17. :017: What? How very dare you sir... I will hear no more of these blasphemies :33:

    Nicknames

My nickname is Jay, for those who are lazy and can't pronounce the second syllable in "Jamie" but I kinda like it. Best nickname I've ever heard was in the RAF also, when my mate joined up he was introduced to a guy called "Pilot Light" due to him never going out :015:
  19. I'm a student at the moment, studying Physiology with Sports Biomedicine at Dundee but leaving this summer to continue with my other course: Technical and Systems Engineer +. Earning my way with possibly one of the worst employers in Inverness - Tesco.
  20. Actually section A seems like the better idea rather than the south part of the Main Stand. Anything we conjour up with our vocal "talents" might be more likely to catch on through the rest of the home crowds considering we'd be in right in the middle of the home crowd... :024:
  21. I think you should keep that to yourself bud :018: :014: Great idea btw :022: Hardly a spectator sport is it? :017:
  22. Oh well, cue booing him on a regular basis :023:
  23. Good riddance, if I ever see him play for an SPL team again it'll be too soon :008:
  24. If the prices are the same as the North Stand, I will be fully willing to get a season ticket in the south area of the Main Stand if the singing section gets the go ahead in there.

    Dean Shiels

Surely you meant to type: Jimmy Calderwood is a big f*nny, I expect to see Shiels give him a great big finger and sign for us next season? :001:
