According to the thread running on the other part of the forum, STV have confirmed that Black is not in the squad for Aberdeen. Does this mean that Munro is in the squad?

Think the pressure on him came from the pressures of being the manager, which he didnt come to terms with on a personal level. I can assure you his resignation was nothing to do with the pressures of being a manager. But the mention of personal level is in the right ball park. That's all I'll say on it.

So why slow things down anyway by including USB 1.1?... Why not just fit a Fibre link PCI card on the PC and by a specialist camera and make the whole thing fibre link? If potential interferance is the issue here, a cable is only as good as it's weakest point and for this particular cable, there's still two lengths of USB on there :017: :024:

There's something wrong with "Special Brew" - Hi Craig by the way... :sillywave: Replacing the players is not the answer - Tokely, Duncan, McGuire and Bayne are exceptions to this. It is far easier, quicker and cheaper to remove the cause of problems ie Brewster.

I still want Brewster gone. He is a terrible manager.

Seems like a very slow method of doing things. The technology behind this cable is basicly two lengths of USB 1.1 with a whopping great Fibre Link in between. The USB 1.1 kind of defeats what this otherwise great idea could truely be capable of. Presumably the device that this will be connected to is a camera, now the question is; is the camera USB 2.0 or is it 1.1? Also presumably this will be getting connected to a PC at the other end. If my presumptions are correct, have you considered using 1GBps Ethernet equipment?...

So far I think Terry Butcher has been the best shout.

We did give him a chance earlier in the season that resulted in a game with Zibi's accurate distributions could be counted on one hand.

That's the only logic I can see in that. I had my doubts about Fraser when we lost Brown to Celtic, however I have been proved wrong. Would you rather we played Zibi in goal? Or perhaps you'd like to see us make a move for Ma'calamity... The weak links in our squad exist in Ross Tokely, Phil McGuire, Graham Bayne, and Russell Duncan. All four have been grade A pish all season. We need a clearout of the afore mentioned personel and then Brewster, Thomson, Bennet and Savage.

I don't see any reason as to why he's not been given a shot already. But since it's Brewster that's in charge and he's been given the vote of confidence from Savage I can't see it happening.

Indeed and that is what is annoying about it. Every fan knows we've had problems scoring goals. I agree, and so will everyone who reads it. I read it as *shrug shoulders* "All we can do is practice". Elgins training sessions consist of shooting. Does that make them good at shooting?
