  1. I'd recommend heading to the San Siro, and it should be a great atmosphere against Roma. I'd imagine you'd be able to buy a ticket out there either at the ground or at the Bancomat's in town. I also went on the tour a few years ago, and would also recommend it. Get shown the press areas, dressing rooms etc. although I doubt you'll get a tour on matchday.
  2. Will Deano get a chance? Not now the ego has landed!
  3. "So to sum up, when you have the ball at your feet, what do you do? That's right, pass it to me!"
  4. [link removed] That's the site you want! I use it and can't really fault them, and it's free [modbreak=Edited by CaleyD]Link removed as it is not on any list we have of official media partners for football games. Happy to re-instate the link if someone can prove otherwise.[/modbreak]

Any chance of buying a home top? The online store still selling last season's, with not even an option to pre order the new one! Once again, the ICTFC Marketing Department............. :clapping03:
  6. Really? There's not many if there is! Is this not the reason we have a reserve team? To be in reserve if anything happens to your first team!
  7. Yes, because the central belt is so far away! I really hate the old line of "I don't wanna leave the central belt", it's 3 hours in a car FFS!
  8. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Your nation has to have an average FIFA rank above 70 over the previous three seasons. For example, they will take all the rankings over the previous 3 years and if the average means that the side is ranked above 70 then the 75% rule applies. Not entirely sure what happens if the association is ranked below 70
  10. No danger that anyone will be docked points! The SFA have ignored the chants and allsorts for this long, does anyone seriously think that the OF and Hearts will be docked points? I'd be amazed if they were.
  11. When Romania and Bulgaria joined the EU there were restrictions set on their movement for an initial period, think it was two years.
  12. I'm sure the Home Office have got a **** of a lot of applications to sift through, even Arsenal's application for Eduardo took weeks. It's probably more than a delay due to the high number of footballers arriving from abroad or changing clubs, as well as the usual applications from "normal" workers.
  13. Calm down! I'm sure the 75% rule is applied first and granted and rejected on that basis first. As he doesn't make that criteria, his was rejected. However, the club will now go back to prove that he is of sufficient quality to improve the squad and SPL. And lets be honest, proving that he is better than Graham Bayne won't be that hard! An appeal will be heard, and it will be granted. Oh, and Re: Hastings, he was already living in Inverness since he was a child and may even be a UK citizen so no work permit is required!
  14. He's in the Scotland team because he's one of the best centre midfielders we have. Take fergie out the side, who would you put in his place?
  15. Crystal Palace have already done it and I think a lot more clubs might start american versions in the near future. Palace use it to send players out on loan and also in the hope of unearthing some talent to transfer to London. http://www.crystalpalaceusa.com
  16. That's my point!!! Why do we have to find out by teletext?! How amateurish is that? Oh we can't be arsed to tell the fans we'll just tell teletext and let them find out on their own
  17. I wasn't saying they shouldn't concentrate on the team, but your not telling me that pre-season isn't planned months in advance so the club will have plenty of time to release dates/location. I'm not asking for them to plan travel or anything, but how hard is it to release a statement a couple of weeks before the end of the season saying that the tour will be to xx and between xx and xx July. Nothing hard about that!
  18. Well they would be if they actually released the details more than a week before! How many fans went over to Italy this year? Fan: What's the clubs plans for a pre-season tour? Club:We're going to Italy, I think Fan:Where in Italy? Club:Not telling Why is that they can never release any details? All we seem to get is that they're going to Italy and will be playing two games. Dates and places are sketchy and hearsay until only a couple of weeks before hand, by which time it's too late to arrange travel at a decent price. Is it that hard?
  19. I'm getting that from having watched his matches for 10 years or so, he's just not very good at tackling which probably comes from having spent a lot of his career on the right wing which doesn't require him to be flying into tackles very often. You say he's committed - big wow! I'd be committed if I played for Real Madrid or Man U but I'd still be shyte!! I'd agree that when it comes to hitting long balls there's probably very few who can match him in that department, but is he good enough to find that available space consistently in a holding role to pick those passes? I don't think so. It would be very easy to take Beckham out the game if his role was to collect the ball from the back four and ping long balls, a simple marking job would prevent them giving it to Beckham and he's rendered useless. You say he's the best holding midfielder in the world, yet criticise him for not getting forward? Thought the whole idea of a holding midfielder was to act as cover while other players go forward more often.
  20. Spot On! Only someone who saw every one of Dundee United's games last season could comment, and there won't be a huge number of DU fans who attended every game. Again true! Lots of clubs release these DVD's every year as they raise a bit more cash and as stated people are sad enough to buy them each year. And I'll bet if we released one we'd sell maybe 5 copies at the most!
  21. What are you smoking?! :015: I'd agree that Beckham should play in the middle, as he seems to play better in there but there is no way he's the best holding midfielder in the world! He couldn't tackle a fish supper, never mind an attacking midfielder! Gattuso, Makelele, Xavi, Mascherano, Cambiasso, Pizarro are just some players who would be easily ahead of him and a fair few others as well. Beckham's become too much of a one-trick pony these days, only remembered if he scores a free-kick or provides a good cross for a goal. The reason Madrid signed him and the reason that he's in LA is marketing, pure and simple. He wants to open academies in the states, wants to become more involved in the hollywood scene in order to earn a lot more money from sponsorship deals. He'll play well for Galaxy because he'll stand out a lot more and of course the media will fall over his every move.
  22. He's about ten years younger for a start! And why bother with pre-season friendlies at all then? The players might get injured! :017:
