  1. Contracts are broken all the time.
  2. I'm a man that does!! Shinnie has done very well, but a fit gillet has got to be first choise left back... he certainly has more pace than shinnie, and a lot more experience. But i well happy that we have a fine young player waiting to fit the space. The man I was referring to is the man who makes those decisions, not an armchair manager.
  3. I thought this was an announcement about the online shop opening up. I suppose we can write off a Christmas rush from ex-pats?
  4. I always find that when one quotes oneself, it best to do it in the third person.
  5. We can agree to differ, but I would dearly love to see Brewster pulling on a Dons' strip even if it just raised a few smiles.
  6. Rubbish, he may be lacking in pace (I haven't seen any evidence of that) he more than makes up for that with experience and in that Dons team they are desperate for a leader on the park. Even coming on for the last 15 minutes of games he could help save their season.
  7. Do they not go hand in hand? No! I was assuming the question implied winning a UEFA place or winning the Scottish Cup. Thank you for pointing out the bleeding obvious. Is that 12 months on the road without defeat yet, Alex?
  8. Do they not go hand in hand?
  9. We have only ever parted with managers three times where it wasn't that a bigger team was calling for them, Sergio Baltacha, Charlie Christie and Craig Brewster (part deux). As partings with managers go I'd far rather it was because a richer (choosing my words) team wanted them than because of circumstances at our own club. Terry and Mo have been here almost two years and have laid down roots but that shouldn't stop them moving on again. They would be foolish if they let sentiment get in the way of their thinking. It is better to regret the choices you have made than to regret not making choices. I personally believe that Terry and Mo should choose to remain at ICT and see through what they have started, that way they'll never say they have unfinished business. What we have here is really amazing and with a fully fit squad to choose from and a couple of signings in the window we really can be pushing for a Euro slot. Unlike other Scottish teams I have seen over the years getting into European competition I believe this team has the skills, workrate and character to achieve something should they get that opportunity. What happened to the Gothenburg team in the '80s? All went on to become legends of Scottish football. If you need some inspiration Terry, look at Sir Alex. That's how I see you in a few years.
  10. Like I said, he'd be a great signing for them as player manager. I meant that.
  11. Can you lend us a fiver?
  12. Should we ICT fans take collective action in the courts against this fool? How much would that cost us? Do we have anyone on here that could champion this?
  13. We are the SPL, well 1/12 of it at least. Would we be willing to pay for other less efficient USH systems installed at other grounds?
  14. It beggars belief that there are some who would censure the BBC to ensure FIFA choose a British venue. FIFA is beyond reproach and a law unto themselves. One of the conditions imposed on host nations is that FIFA have no (zero, zilch, nada) tax liability. That is not conjecture but was exposed on Panarama by documents provided by a Dutch representative. FIFA is rotten to the core with corruption, alllegedly.
  15. Who are the best and worst players you have played alongside in a Caley Thistle team. You spent some time at Victoria Park in Dingwall, show us on the puppet where they touched you.
  16. Oddly, Brewster would be a brilliant signing for the as a player/manager. He can still play a bit and could come on and turn games for them. I'll never understand why he didn't get himself registered in his last season with us.
  17. Punctuation for a start.
  18. Terry will speak when he is good and ready, not when someone demands it on an internet forum.
  19. Don't expect the iPlayer to be up for a wee while yet.
  20. The SPL have maybe saved a few lives by making this decision, who knows? By making it on Wednesday it gave folk a chance to change their plans but unfortunately some will have paid for travel tickets and accomodation already. A winter shutdown traditionally had set dates and would not have prevented this weekends fixtures being off. Summer football would possibly see a drop in season ticket sales as that's when we head off to get some sunshine. Is that not the reatail park you're thinking of ? The USH can cope well when there's a blanket of snow to protect it from the frost, when that's gone it is very expensive to run and would struggle at exceptional temperatures especially if there's a chill factor to consider.
  21. I've seen Shinnie play more often than Gillet and am more than happy with his contribution, is Gillet a better option? I don't know but I know a man that does.
  22. P&J Back page runs with main story - Dream is over for McGhee (surely that should be nightmare). Secondary story - Brewster quits Ross County after missing hotseat...... Can we not get theatrical sounds added to the smiley menu?
  23. There's more to this than meets the eye.
  24. Was he not out of contract then?
  25. I believe Terry has never walked out on a club while still under contract, I'm sure I'll be corrected if that's not the case.
