  1. He was superb yesterday Fair play to the guy, he was under a lot of pressure to perform and he was solid as a rock for 90 minutes... :clapping04: :clapping04: :clapping04: :clapping04:
  2. Black was excellent IMO I think CC took him off to keep him hungry for next week, I probably would have taken McBain off and pushed Rankin out wide though. It was very nearly a master stroke if Keogh had scored that shot from distance.
  3. Clicky Wise words from Hastings After the United saga we can't complain of not getting any media coverage I liked this:
  4. in the article today (daily ger) regarding Proctors sale it states we have made a contract offer which includes a house but are now waiting for a reply from Black.
  5. Clicky Really good interview
  6. Deal Done according to the record 35k
  7. not a bad shout... but would he be granted a work permit??
  8. No matter how big a player thinks he is, if he can't take criticism after a poor performance or a mistake then they have no place professional football nevermind at ICT!!
  9. ----------------------Broonie---------------------- Tokely------Dods----------Munro------Hastings ----------------------Duncan----------------------- Wilson---------------Black----------------Rankin ----------------Dargo-------Wyness-------------- Duncan man marking Scott Brown
  10. I can't remember if this has been posted here before or I got it from some guy at work but just got sent it again. Middlesclicky Class!!
  11. Paul Ritchie work hard???? Paul Ritchie was a typical example of a targetman, he played with his back to goal all the time and would always look to lay balls into the Wyness' path. The problem with Bayne is not his workrate but possibly that he works to hard he needs to show more composure on the ball because whenever I've seen him play as soon as he gets the ball his head goes down. If he is going to play like a targetman then he needs to stay in the same place so the midfield and defense and can always find him but half the time he is chasing after the ball which should really be left to the striker. I have to also agree with sneckfan Bayne's heading is quite poor for a big player. I think he is an excellent player to bring on for the last 20 mins of a game because of the way he hassles defenders and goalkeepers (jamie langfield :015:) but at the same time I think McCallister is more than capable of doing that. CC needs to sit him down and explain if he needs him as a targetman, if so what he expects from Bayne to fill this role.
  12. Psychlicky Hopefully this will help his performances I have had doubts that he is SPL quality but have never turn against Bayne or witnessed any other supporter do so. I would be delighted if he proves this season that we don't need anymore reinforcements upfront!!
  13. In a second!! I'll give support to anyone playing in an ICT strip, what is annoying is not only has he turned down a new contract offer (which is completely reasonable) but his agent has now asked that he is transfered clicky He obviously isn't happy at ICT anymore so I can't see why the board feel the need to keep a hold of him. He may not be responsible for how shakey the defense has been over the last 2 games but tm4tj, even you can't deny that he was at fault for the 2nd St Mirren goals and the goal at Pittodrie. No player deserves to be crusified over 2 mistakes but if it is due to him wanting to leave the club then he should go!

  15. Baby..... Rattle..... Pram!! :015: :015: :015:
  16. Strongly disagree on the crossing thing. Take Morgan and now Rankin out of our team and Hart is by far and away the best crosser we have - IMO. Remember Brew thought Ritchie-Row-Z had the best right foot in Scotland :010:..... although that might be a tad of an exaggeration I have to agree with RIG, Hart is definitely one of the best crossers and set-piece takers in the team
  17. Goal of the season- Steven Naysmith's against Hibs.... Wow :010: He's gonna be a cracking player!!
  18. :010: :010: :010: Bit shocked he's been let go, especially since it looks like we're getting rid of Proctor aswell!! all the best to him
  19. I also liked how when McBain had a shot at goal they managed to call him Munro!! I can't believe the only manager that was interviewed was Strachan :017: but I'd definately say it is better than last year even though I'm still tempted by Sentanta
  20. obviously been a while since I lastspoke to Tony :003:
  21. Jim Hamilton :010:
  22. It seems to be getting back to the football side of things even though it is OF dominated... what you reckon??
  23. probably just trying to get the grocer to reach further in2 his pockets
