ICT -V- Ayr Utd : matchday thread
Heard from people at the game the finishing was shocking. Thought Ayr would be a totally different proposition today with them having decent players in on loan. At least county lost. Appears agent Barrowman isn't that great after all...

Morton Match - *Game Off*
Almost certainly, unless any unforeseen problems with work come up. Glad to hear you're going - Arbroathawayday can't make it and I'd assumed none of the Edinburgh contingent would make it either. Meet up in Glasgow beforehand? Sounds like a plan. I'll phone you on Monday night to confirm. Is the nearest station to the ground is Gartsdyke?

I was having a look at these T shirts. No doubt since that copper walked in to the Slanj shop in Aberdeen they've seen their sales rocket. Bit pricey at ?20.

Ayr game on/off thread
That would be a great situation of picking up 3 points and a 3-0 win without playing but it won't happen. Common sense will dictate it. Happened earlier this season when the Kilmarnock team bus got stuck on the M8 due to an oil spill. The players even warmed up on the motorway but couldn't make it to tynecastle on time so the game was rescheduled.

I always assumed that the BBC use the Met Office forecasts.

County Air scheduled for a flight to Glasgow indeed. I wish they would call it today.

QOS- GAME OFF
It's done and can't be undone.

Team for Ayr
I'd be toying with the idea of keeping Sanchez on the bench til the second half and bringing him on as a super sub.

Team for Ayr
Apparently they've got a couple of decent young guys on loan from Hearts so I can see them being a very different prospect from our previous meeting this season. I'm going: Esson proctor Munro bully ldz Hayes Duncan mcbain Foran Rooney Odiambo

The Chester Incident
Don't you just hate it when the team haven't played in ages and we've not really got anything to write about on CTO.

QOS- GAME OFF
quote from the QoS website: "Even the Queens' 'stay at home fans' had their say on the 'Websites'. Said one, "Waiting until 11.30 this morning?to call the match off was stupid. They just had to listen to the weather forcast on Thursday to know that the game had NO CHANCE of going ahead. Again our travelling fans have been 'screwed' by complete and utter stupidity". Added another, "This whole fiasco has been really messy to say the least and once again I feel for our travelling support". And yet another stressed, "At a time when Scottish football? is at an 'all time low' is it any wonder that attendances are dwindeling as fans are sick of being misled by certain clubs". Ouch. Maybe 'Chis' and the 'stay at home fans' could have contributed towards the massive costs of having the undersoil heating on for an extended period before the match. I find their official website quite amusing at times. I reckon it's some witty Standard Grade pupils from a local school writing the 'articles'.

First visit from Wales
IHE's Welsh really is splendid. He's fluent in Invernessian and Welsh. Though only Welsh when he's had a few... That's a shame you didn't get to see the game WelshRef. Great to hear the folk at the stadium were so welcoming.

Butcher's ICT Record
Let's not jump the gun too much. It's a pity that partick were not awarded the penalty against dundee on Saturday. However, I still think we can and will do it.

QOS- GAME OFF
It would be sods law that a player or official falls on a hard patch and ends up injured. Just like a lot of other areas of life here, it's safety first. Still disappointed I missed the game.
-
Butcher's ICT Record
Considering the limited budget and the facts cutbacks have been made I think it's ok.

QOS- GAME OFF
I'm with RiG on this one. It would have been a lot better if the decision had been made on the Friday in terms of people not making wasted journeys - both home and away fans.

Other scores in our league
If the game had gone ahead today and if we won it would have been a huge boost. I still think we can do it - to the point of having a bet with Alternative Maryhill to the tune of ?20.
