Comparing Barrowman to Tade is harsh.

It must be pretty galling for the gaffer. He always talks up the players, their contibutions and the teams spirit. Yet on here it's doom and gloom. Why are people so negative? There's no reason to be. We've been playing some great football this season and have seen some terrific performances. Ok, so there's been a dip - but look at how many games we've played in comparison to other clubs in the division. A Tuesday night trip to Ibrox can't have helped out in regard to the Hamilton game.

I thought Eric played superbly at Ibrox. We could have easily taken something from that game had it not been for MacGregor. TCS playing area is too big. The manager has worked wonders with a tiny budget and small squad (in comparison to other SPL clubs).

Probably next year now... Being seriousness, I think It's still very much possible. I think a top six finish and cup run would a make for a fantastic season. (I hope we do make the cut - If we don't I have to pay Alternative Maryhill in to the last awaygame!) Looking at how things are going at the moment, the goal drought is the problem. St Mirren, St Johnstone and Hamilton yesterday should have been beatable.

Interesting further point to Football Focus in terms of SPL clubs bringing through young players - this would come to an end with 10. Clubs would look at foreign players again in the scrap to stay up. As a Scotland fan, that's a bad thing. Doncaster - in what way would a 10 team league benefit the national side?

I made it up for this one tonight. I'm feeling pretty optimistic about the game and think we're actually going to come away with a convincing win against them tomorrow. Who all is planning it? I know Alternative Maryhill, Caleystan, ICTChris and Jay_7 are not going.

What's the problem with having a larger league? Look at the Eredivise. Far more teams than the SPL - some huge - like Feyenoord and Ajax. There are smaller, provincial clubs in there too. There are even some feeder clubs in there - Excelsior started out as a feeder club to Feyenoord and their stadium only holds around three and a half thousand! Why not have an expanded SPL? To have feeder clubs in there (county) would help ICT (maybe). I always compare ICT to VVV Venlo. Here's the question though - how are the dutch national side by comparison? I think the Ayr United chairman is correct. We are a laughing stock, and this whole set up is a duopoly.

Stick with same starting XI as Tuesday? I would like to see the same XI start on Saturday. If the team play as they did on Tuesday I'm confident of getting a win. Hopefully the fans ignore Imrie this time.

I too don't live locally and won't make the AGM. I'd be interested to hear what's said and what actions are planned. I think I still have a membership of the trust but I'm not 100% sure if I've paid my subscription for this season.
