International Hitch
But would Butcher, as a manager in the SPL, not be in a great position to double up his roles - when we play other sides he can run the rule over potential internationals - when he took in other games he could spy for us and for the country - He aint going to do that next season. But if it is a case of Bye Bye Terry - please dont leave us in the hands of Malpas.

Bairns Smileymometer
It isnt a case of scapegoating - His mistake cost us the game - that is what I am referring to.

Contracts (merged)
Shurely this rumour is incorrect - PLEASE tell me it is rubbish.

We Should Have Kept Brewster
Brewster had lost the dressing room and the fans months before the turn of the year - Now if he was booted out and Robbo had come in ?? THE BOARD ARE CLEARLY AT FAULT - WHY CANT THEY JUST ADMIT IT - I have lost all confidence in them - It should NOT be forgotten.

Psychologist Needed
You are almost there Yngwie but I would liken our present emotional imbalances to a Grief reaction, similiar to a loss or even a death. We all have different ways of coping and the emotions can go through changes and stages. Personally I feel I attempted to ease the trauma by telling myself that we would be better off in the SFL but the emotion has turned to anger and there is only one thing that may assist me in redressing the balance - and that neatly ties in with Johnboys poser. I feel that somebody high up in the club - preferably the Chairman - makes a prompt statement to try and allay some of our fears - a statement that suggests that all the efforts will be made to retain the management structure and the players and an honest appraisal about our financial position and the potential effect of relegation. I doubt whether our feckless, gutless, self serving muppets will do that but you never know. If they keep silent it will stir up more and more aminosity They have a chance to try and redeem themselves. Our Board should have a good look at themselves and some should actively consider resigning and allowing for a fresh start. They should admit that holding on to Brewster was the main reason for our demise. They have to take the blame and stand up and admit it - but they will hide. In respect of Butcher and Misspass - I have been critical - but they inherited the team - but have we got the money to kep them and have we got the money to give them enuff spending power ? That should mean looking at the books and looking at what or who we can sacrifice to ensure this. If I was in charge I would be looking at potential investors and/or going fer broke that we stay as we are and take the risk of overspending in a bid to go straight up again. And finally - I hope that the many who came along to the Bairns match and fired up the North Stand stay loyal next year and the SESH Army follow on as well.

But this is the professional view - with a dollop of brutal honesty.

Talking Tactics
But we didnt - and that was a combination of the players and the tactics. IF we had scored late on I would still have been making the comments. Butcher made mistakes - end of.
-
What Are The Chances?
That all depends on the spondoolachs folks - I cant see Foran staying but I can see Morais, Kerr and Eric hanging around - if we have the cash - which must be in doubt.
-
Barrowman
I cant really comment as I have barely seen him this season - he is a poacher / a goalscorer but he wasnt really played in that role and nor did he play in a team and set up which provided it. But he has done absolutely nothing to fill with me with any confidence or optimism. I would prefer Rooney any day but I would love to get an old warhorse up front next season.

Parachute Payment ?
That might just cover the Boards expenses and Mike Smiff's salary.

GRANTY :) :) :) Played his heart out to the end. LIONEL :) :) :) Safe enuff but little else IMRIE :) :) Looked like he thought he would be the "hero" and went overboard BLACK :) :) :) :) My MOM - must have thought Brew was back in charge when he got unbelievably hooked. KERR :) :) :) I quite like him as he fought fer the cause. Should have scored though. McBAIN :) :) Should never had started MORAIS :) :) :) Wasted FORAN :) :) Like Killie I thought he gave up in the last quarter. BUTCHER  Shocking tactics.

Talking Tactics
Really sorry - But Butcher got it totally wrong yesterday. How many of you would have played Pavels at right back and left Rosscoe in the middle - shurely it cried out fer Pavels in the middle and Rosscoe tearing down the wing. Why persist in playing Imrie on the rite and Morais - gawd knows feckin where ? Should Eric not have been on 10-15 minutes earlier ? Taking off Black - WTF ?? Putting on Barrowman - WTF ?? He may have all the media charm but he hasnt exactly been a success as a manager. And will he stay without the spondoolachs - Not a feckin chance. Feck the Muppets.

The Blame Poll
At least the man he looks up to isnt an incompetent feckin muppet.

Smell The Feckin Coffee
Our muppets must be very feckin close to feckin up this club - They still owe Marius megabucks and do you really think that they can continue to pay the wages of Butcher and Misspass - they went overboard in the hope that he would be our saviour - and I mean financially - they are a waste of space. And they tried to get Brewster out of jail by offloading money on a variety of short term contracts - can ya see Pavels staying on now. Unless we have a sugar daddy or DS tries to save his reputation - then we are fecked.
-
Ross Tokely
Of course it is Rosscoe's fault - what would you all be saying if it had been Proctor, Munro or Lionel who made the tackle ?? But Rosscoe is a Sooperman and the blame fer yesterday lies with Butchers flawed tactics and the season on the complete stoopidness of a bunch of feckin muppets and their drinking mate.
-
Anyone Else Excited?
come on ma old jeggie mate - The muppets and Brewster have put us on the edge of non SPL inclusion EVER - They have tried to save themselves with the Butcher move and it has misfired.
-
The Blame Poll
Why do we need alternatives ?
-
Is Relegation A Setback ?
Oh come on - These mupppets though that they had saved themselves by employing Butcher and Misspass - probably on extortionate wages - They are now running scared becos they realise that they may well have fecked up the finances and the club. Can they afford to hold on to Butcher - feckin doubt it - can they afford to hold on to the players required - doubt it - When will people realise that these muppets are killing the club.
-
Player Awards
Get feckin real - Lionel lost us a Hampden Semi Final and Rosscoe lost us a SPL place - and possibly so did Butcher with his feckin crazy defensive line up. But some incompetent muppets who are clearly the most to blame will probably get away with it all and continue to bleed our club dry.
-
Anyone Else Excited?
All depends on whether we can boot out the incompetent feckin muppets who put us there in the first place.
-
Merged: Our Turn
NO - Keep the thread going - this site and some of its posters have to take it as well as give it - I fer one would have been the first on the Tink site and fair play to them - we are sitting targets fer abuse. Wish some of the old Caley boys would come on as well. It is just so annoying that it is one of their players to blame PLUS some totally incompetent Invernessian muppets - have a feckin pop at them instead and let the revellers have their moment of joy. FECK THE TINKS - WE ARE GOING UP - WITH AT LEAST A 5-0 IN THE PROCESS.
-
Anyone Else Excited?
To be honest I am devastated today - I suspect that all the thank feck we are in the SFL is a psychological means of trying to diminish the feelings of grief and loss. I am quite looking forward to the SFL fer many of the reasons stated but I would far preferred to be visiting the SPL grounds next season. If this was a case of going down fer a season, recouping, enjoying and bouncing back up again then sure - but it aint as easy s that - especially if we have to rely on a bunch of incompetent muppets to lead us.
