  1. Are you saying it's because of Lionel that Munro decides to constantly hoof the ball to the opposition instead of looking to pass to anybody. And it's because of Djebi Zadi that Munro has a head like a 50 pence piece. You say Djebi Zadi is the bombscare but i think you should look at the captain in recent weeks and see who has been worse. As for Tokely he was rubbish on Sat I don't care if it was because he was up against Aluko or not he just was not playing well at all. Craig Brewster would have beat him for pace on Sat! Am I the only one that thought he was sluggish on Sat? For me he has been too inconsistent this season yet he still keeps his place in the squad no matter what.
  2. ITV4 show them but I'm not sure what night or if they are repeated.
  3. Is it true he's been linked with Partick Thistle? Pretty good move if he gets it. Still think he could have added something here this season if we kept him.
  4. No. He's one to save until we are safe. His tackling is mince. I couldn't care less if he is a flair player he can do it all he wants once we are safe. Fact is we are in a bottom six scrap and we need all the battlers to scrap for everything and I honestly think his tackling is useless and he switches off far too often.
  5. If he got a yellow he would still have been sent off as he was already booked for contesting the first goal. It's a bit rubbish but because he got a straight red we can appeal which hopefully we do. If not then cmon Fraser!
  6. Totally agree with all the above. As said it has not just been Munro's fault. Mihadjuks should have got something on the ball for Falkirks 2nd goal his mistakes have been far fewer than Munro's since arriving though. Could Munro be missing the vocal leadership that Mann and Dods have always presented him with in the past?
  7. I hope they do form a good partnership but they were lucky against Kilmarnock and Munro especially was rubbish against Falkirk. He needs his confidence back his punts are ridiculous time and again he does it sometimes when nobody is pressuring him. And Esson is not quiet so he must know what is happening around him. I would give Duff a chance even if it was just to get Munro to give the extra to get back in the team. Lionel gets singled out as the bombscare by some on here but look back over the past few games and see where all the mistakes have been made and it is in the centre of defence.
  8. The team did not play well on Sat however whats the point of even playing the game if the referee is not going to be consistent. It happens all too often to us and as I don't know what the solution is. That linesman on the tent side should never be allowed to officiate at SPL level until he knows the definition of the offside rule at least! How was Finnegan an inactive player when he is on our 6 yard line? I agree with BonnybridgeICT if the game was officiated properly the outcome may have been totally different. Again we did not play well but neither did Falkirk it is the manner of how the decisions being made ARE NOT CONSISTENT except in going against us. I know the penalty at Ibrox is going to be used as an example of decisions going for us but what others can you think of recently? Even at the Kilmarnock game Tumilty tried his utmost to get Kilmarnock a draw.
  9. Cheers but yeah what I meant was has he been dropped.
  10. Has Hutton been dropped cos of his injury? I've heard both he is and he isn't does anybody know?
  11. Good to see Billy Dodds knows all the facts before he writes them! Apparently we are still in the Scottish Cup : http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/s...rem/7953179.stm I would prefer the win than the draw he has us down for. Apologies if you tried the link before and it took you to Harry Hill! I'm a muppet!
  12. I wanted Hamilton to get relegated so badly when we got beat down there but now Steven Pressley has almost single handedly changed my mind to Falkirk. So glad he never came here. He's a dirty, dirty player and I am bemused as to why he has a coaching position in our national squad. I think John Hughes is a good character to have in the SPL and until now he has taken the club a lot further than a lot thought.
  13. Yeah it wasn't Russels best move ever was a bit stupid. I was more disgusted at our national team coaches (Pressley) blatant cheating and time wasting skills that he had. Some people might just say he was being clever and using experience but I think it's disgraceful. He even lost out on a challenge in the box once went down holding his head and waited for the ref to stop play then got up! Bunch of dirty cheating twats the lot of them! Can't wait for our trip down there in the league! Also did anybody else notice a Falkirk player throwing a punch in the melee of the Duncan incident? Don't know who it was but the ref was talking to Duncan at the time and missed it.
  14. I'm just interested to know whether what has been one of the worst seasons ever may actually turn out to be one of our best seasons ever. We are still in the relegation fight and the Brewster era of the season was bad times in terms of football etc. However if we were to avoid relegation and get to the first Scottish cup final in our clubs history where would it rank in your experiences of following the club? If we made a Scottish Cup final and maybe even won it I think I would have to put it up there with the first Celtic game and winning promotion/the Bells Cup. But I think I'd also need us to stay up too. If that happened it would be magnificent. We would be in Europe then another first for the club. Don't worry I'm not getting ahead of myself I know it's all if's and buts just looking at the potential that has emerged into what was dire times not too long ago. I'd happily settle for keeping our SPL status it's just nice being able to think that we can challenge for things again like we have done in the past.
  15. I'm feeling positive I'm going for 6 points and a visit a to Hampden. :thumb04:
  16. I don't think we have missed not playing Vigurs. He is good don't get me wrong but I feel the players playing are doing well at the moment. I have heard that he was offered a few rubbish deals or what he considers rubbish deals however are any other SPL sides going to offer him more or would a lower league team offer him more? I think neither would in all honesty. I agree with the above posts we need the physical midfielders grafting at the moment. Vigurs will hopefully stay as he has plenty of potential.
  17. Tenner to win and tenner to win 1-0. Was 10/1 and 16/1. Got 280 back I think it was

  18. Guess who put Inverness down to win 1-0!!!!!! Lovin it!

  19. Or Diego's v Perth. There will be a live stream some where you can watch it live on the net, done that before. I'll find out and toot le fruit let you know. Back on the bus but no drinking till perth Mon the penguins!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know if you find anything to watch it on. Steaming in for 3 points tomorrow!!!!
  20. Thanks! Wish Setanta would start to change the fixtures they show it's always the same! Even Hearts vs Motherwell would be different!
  21. Will there be live coverage on the radio of the game or will it just be open all mics? Wanted to go to this one but couldn't find any trains or buses coming back to Aberdeen after the game.
  22. Caley Jags Ole Ole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  23. Ceske Bairn the Chieftain is still there as far as I know. Deenos is gone now though. I'd personally like to see Hamilton relegated though it looks unlikely this year. I think they are a bunch of cheats, they are boring to watch and their fans seem to think they have some sort of divine right to be in the SPL. They just generally get under my skin. A bit like Aberdeen and the old firm. A win for us tomorrow I predict and I think we might get a good home crowd this weekend and for the cup game next week. Just got a feeling.
  24. isnt that only the first 3 minutes of calls on any day...then cheap...rather than the first 3 mins of EVERY call? Yeah sorry thats what I was meaning. Thanks for pointing that out didn't explain that well at all.
  25. Bought a pay as you go mobile at Christmas for somebody from the Carphone Warehouse and it was 20 quid. Ten pounds for the phone and ten pounds of credit for the sim card which was on Orange. Pretty cheap and cheerful especially if you are staying short term. Don't know the best network to have for rural areas of countryside though. The main networks are O2, Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile so I would imagine it would be one of them that you would need. I got my o2 sim free from their own website and it's okay I get free same network texts and calls if I top up 15 pounds a month. Texts to other networks are ten pence and phone calls for the first 3 minutes are more expensive but cheap after that. Hope that is of some help. I am happy with the deal I get from my phone as I mainly call and text o2 numbers but there may be better deals out there for sims that involve making frequent calls etc. I think Orange might have a good deal for pay as you go sim cards at the moment.
