I can only tell you my part of this, I through my contacts in Romania, Popescu etc, was asked to find a player in Romania for ICT. I returned with a DVD of Marius and gave it to the club. I then attended the meeting in the stadium between Marius and the DOF when the terms of his contract were agreed, I was in no position to instigate any transfer

I know where you are coming from Yngwie , however I was at a function with the owner of Dinamo a good few months after the transfer and he told me he could not believe they got Marius for 500k Euros and were prepared to go up to a million so I think that adding a sell on clause on top of what we received would not have been a huge issue, just my thoughts mind you

oh yes English, that tricky lanuage barrier there, yep the language of business. More than likely they(ICT) cant fecking read or write Marius read out the FIFA letter to him and English sounded fine to me :(

All is not lost though in BBC interview Chairman said it may be down to a misinterpretation of language by FIFA, of course one of the largest sports bodies in the world have dodgy English.

One thing that obviously needs made clear to you, when Marius joined ICT he didn't award the contact to himself the club gave it to him

Caley Stan there are still a huge amount of people that believe that Marius was on 4k a week, complete rubbish and I will never understand why the club never quashed this early doors

George Fraser was on Stv tonight saying they had been trying to get in contact with Marius, Mr Fraser I find this somewhat surprising as I am sure that most people know that if you wanted to speak to Marius all you needed to do was contact me and I would happily have given you Marius contact details. Fact or the matter is you have never tried to contact Marius since this started, in fact if you had it things would probably not been as bad as they are now.

Spoke to Marius about 10 minutes ago and he has given a full interview to a UK journalist with his side of the story, however I cant tell you which one or even which media as he wasn't sure ;) Anyway you will get his version of events

Incorrect the type contract he signed here was the same as he signed at whatever club he has been at in every country. Ok not us but how many overseas players have been signed and sold in Scotland without a problem.

Bottom line is FIFA spent a great deal of time studying the evidence from both parties and each party had ample time to provide their evidence. FIFA looked at this an decided that Niculae was due the money. At present this club is bumbling from one bad managerial decision to the next and they are getting more costly each time.

If you had a contract that said you were owed a sum of money from your employer and it was not paid would you go after it or just leave it as you would consider it petty?

Marius called me to inform me of the decision this morning but he knows as much as the club as in that the ruling was in his favour which to be honest he fully expected As somebody else stated there is also another claim ongoing for the 100,000 Euros for the part of the signing on fee that is still owed.

At the moment it's a whisper between a few fans on an internet forum... if any article/apology is printed it will become a national issue. While I am not bothered about Butchers outburst there are some that are offended by it, what should we do brush it under the carpet so it doesn't become a national issue. The club are in more danger of letting this happen the longer it drags on. If some have written letters of complaint to the club they will have to deal with it and perhaps a quick apology over the weekend would have put an end to the matter

I am surprised that with Butchers grasp of PR he hasn't come out by now with an apology for the language that he apparently used.
