I think the OP is referring to my ICT single. If so then no sneak preview at the moment. Like many others i was hit by the recent Anti-Maleware Doctor virus and lost a lot of work as i had to do a full restore. Bascally i need to re-record some the backing tracks again ( guitar, Bass & Vox). I'll update when im back up and running with my PC BC

First of all my experience of Football Management is FM, so im not an expert, but im sure we all agree having a players who are ace at taking Free kicks, long throws or corners can win games. Do ICT have players who are cabaple of filling these roles at the moment. In the past we had Imrie & Black who were a dab hand at free kicks, but not sure where we stand now. A good long throw is as good as a corner, so i would love to see ICT throwing that ball at the keeper. thoughts or answers please?

Thanks Fly. I did feel a tad sorry for Partick, especially after they came to the Clyde game to support us during the run up to the end of season. I Imagine they never expected ICT to go up, so the footage of our supporters shaking hands with the Partick board was a nice gesture as i imagine they must have been devastated.

many thanks for the Info Scotty and yes its still as clear as mud. I think even now the mindset of certain clubs hasn't changed. I shudder to think where would we be if the 2nd vote was ruled out or we lost the vote. I didnt realise that it was the 2 Edinburgh clubs who asked for the recount.

A Jambo at work was having a go at a Hibee fan today and the conversation turned to the SPL vote fiasco that ICT went through to get into the SPL all those years ago. He go the impression that Hibs voted against our entry to the league. I was asked about who voted what and i couldnt remember who voted ICT in and who voted against. Does anyone know what the for & against result was. On a related side note, i remember some news footage outside Hampden when the second vote was announced and i remember a few ICt fans were at Hampden and shook hands with the Partick board as they left the stadium. Are these members of CTO.com? Ive always been curiuos as to who they were.

we are fickle people for lucky numbers etc etc, so i think players do look to have particular numbers. Esson will want No1...Certain clubs retire numbers when players retire. I think one the big Spanish clubs retired the number 7 shirt when a player retired..might have been Raul

Thanks Dornoch, its is a good thread and nice to see it remaining pleasant and fun. Spotted Brewster shopping at Harvey Nicks in Edinburgh once, he was buying a rather nice black suit. I think this was the weekend after his goal knocked us out of the Cup Semi at Hampden while playing for Dunfermline, so he got my evil glares for a few moment. He was our player/boss a few weeks later so i forgave him.

Can we hear one? patience my lad, ha ha! Serioulsy though their only acc guitar/vocal demos to get some resemblance of a melody together. Not ready for others ears yet. The idea is that the crown noise/singing starts the track, but i need them to set what key to start the song in. believe it or not when we sing at games we are singing in a certain key, so the song key has to roughly match.

Like so many of us, Im a big fan of the FM series but ive alwasy wanted to know what the relationship is between the producers and the clubs. Does anyone know of how much; if at all, ICT were involved in the game in terms of conact with SEGA ( Foot Mang) and EIDOS ( Champ Mang). Obviously the player images, badge, club colours etc are i imagine owned by the club, but were they involved in any more than that?

UPDATE: Things are coming on fine, some great ideas and a few potentials recorded. However i need some crowd chants for the beginning and i liked the chants we had at the Ayr away game. So if people dont mind me using their recordings would they post their youtube links so i can capture the recordings for the track. thanks BC

Im sure we all have funny or quirky stories involving our players. Please nothing defamatory or libelous, just fun. So heres mine. When i was studying for my degree, my first year was at Inverness College. I started seeing a young Richard Hastings hanging around with some of the pretty girls in my class. He was very young but a first team player at this time. He took a shine to one in particular ( no names) and even sat in on a couple of my classes, in particular a Marketing class. I think he lasted 15-20 minutes before the lecturer spotted him and asked him who he was. Young Richard tried to blab his way, but alas the lecturer was on the ball and asked him politely to leave. I always liked RH, nice guy. oh and i dont think he got the girl in the end,lol

off work ill today, so thanks for that, her goal made me feel a whole lot better i'll tel yah! what a strike!!
