Im sure we can agree that when we first saw Mr Hayes in an ICT shirt we all knew that we had something very special. A young, tough, pacey and talented winger is rare in the Scottish game so after listening to Sportsound last night; and Jim Trainer / Chick Young's gushing over our Irish Winger, it seems that its only a matter of time before larger clubs take note and come sniffing around him, especially as his contract ends come April/May 2011. The Old Firm will stick him in their reserves so i hope he can ignore the lure of Ibrox/Parkhead. Saint Johnstone tried to buy him last season and for 1 am glad he stayed with ICT Im sure we all want him to stay so i hope Tel & Mo can add him to their current contract talks soon. YOUR A LEGEND MASTER HAYES!!

Initially i disliked our name when the merger was finalised. Both clubs wanting to keep their name within the new clubs name was wrong IMO and i felt a new original name was the way forward. However 16+ years later im used to it now and happy with it, so a change now wouldn't do any good. We are known the world over as ICT, Caley Thisle, Inverness Caledonian Thisle so keep it as is.

i posted a topic last year about having a good set piece taker as this can win games. A good throw in taker is the same. A good throw in right into that 6 yard box works and flusters goalies no end.

As my OP stated, i dislike these kind of rumours. However as i mentioned i heard the rumour so thought it best to inform the hordes on here. I doubt any ICT fan would state that they really wanted Rooney to leave as he has been nothing but loyal to us. Unfortunately Football is what it is these days and Agents seem to have more power now than they did.

I think he still has a few years in him, but alas i dont think they will be with us. Maybe a few years ago i would have said yes to the OP.
