Thanks RiG, I couldn't remeber the Hearts player at tynecastle a few seasons ago. It was indeed Ricardo Fuller, terrorising every defence in that season, Caff had him in his pocket the whole game, one of the best defensive performances I have ever witnessed.

IMO Caff was and hopefully still is good enough for the Scotland squad.

Harry, I am a CC fan and one of the more positive posters on this site, but even listening on the radio the most unknowledgable footy fan could see that one coming. My comment was that CC should have seen it coming too and dealt with it. He's the manager after all, not you or I. And may I add that your post about posters, coming from a fellow well posted poster, is ill befitting your status as a respected poster, in posting your remarks about posters, you put a pretty poor point pertaining to posters probably and persistintly posting positive posts.

A few years ago while still an employee of the club, I put forward the proposition that each player be adopted by a primary school in inverness and that one day a week they visit that school for football sessions. They would then give out free tickets to the kids, encouraging dad's or mums's to take them to the game, increasing the crowd and making it more affordable and attractive to those on a lower wage. This lack of local marketing is holding the club back, and it is up to the club to do something about it. The potential support is out there, the club have to be more pro-active in attracting them to the stadium.

A couple of years ago, I think it was against St. Mirren, Yardley had been diving about the park like he was being mugged, after one incident when he was being assisted of the park ( again ) an ambulance came across the bridge to a cry of " taxi for Yardley ". Priceless.

You can change the forward line as much as you want, if there is no service being delivered no one is going to score. Need a fresh approach quick. Are there any quick wingers in the lower leagues we can sign in January.
