  1. i dont see how you can have a league table if you are not playing all clubs the same number of times and not playing some clubs at all.
  2. surely that's the clubs job. that's if they have any interest.?
  3. just more talk talk talk with absolutely no sincerity.
  4. them or us
  5. he won us the Scottish Cup and took us into Europe. must have been a real plonker
  6. I fully support Robbo in making the changes for this match as these players needed game time. The biggest mistake this club made was not entering the reserve league. All these guys plus the newly signed u18s would get good game time and the youngsters would develop against men and not boys.
  7. if they don't have a club they ain't earning anything so a lower wage than they were used to is better than zilch.
  8. Sorry to be negative but we were playing a very young pars team which we dominated for most of the game but yet again failed to put the match to bed. On this showing I would be very surprised if we are challenging at the end of the season I hope I'm wrong.
  9. How to show players they are wanted and appreciated. Unfortunately, we still seem to be good at that.

I've just read the chairman's statement and I agree this type of abuse should not be tolerated. There is however no specific mention of how long the ban will be so it will be interesting to hear what it is. He does however once again mention ICT is a FAMILY Club - does he really believe this? What exactly is a family club and what has he and his board done to make it so?
  11. I take it the site can now put this incident to rest as these morons have achieved their objective by gaining the exposure they wanted.
  12. these morons have achieved what they wanted - major exposure on this site. Time to let the club deal with it quietly.

Alan Hercher- A pure gentleman anyone could wish to meet - a real people person. RIP big man.
  14. if our people have the balls this would be worth a try.
  15. what is the sunderland match day experience?
  16. Imagination and outside the box creative thinking is exactly what we need or we stagnate and become a part-time lower league club. I wish I had that gift and the club could have it for free.
  17. Wetherspoons have imo cracked the market in value for money. A curry and 5 pints (if you can take as much) for £20 and 3 to 4 hours craic with your mates in a really busy pub. Football needs to learn how to provide real value for money from sources who know how to do it.
  18. I believe he also picked up his first booking of the season .... surprise surprise!
  19. i think youth teams are vital but it is the next step I am worried about. the development league was obviously a failure. these young boys will develop a lot earlier if they play alongside and against experienced players.
  20. just my opinion but I think you will find the requirements of project brave (where this badge came from GOK) will be costing the club a fortune. it is all very well advertising we coach a huge number of players but the vast majority will not have any chance of achieving full time football. Charlie and his team broke all records in taking 10 into full time this year, for which they should be applauded, but I believe this was from an exceptional group (which may take decades to repeat). imo this is yet another hugely expensive exercise by the SFA and I will not be surprised to see it scrapped in a year or two. we need to develop players as quickly as possible and I totally agree with the SFA that a reserve league is the way forward. it is just a pity we don't have the vision or funding to take advantage of this opportunity.
  21. by the looks of things Alloa and ourselves are the only 2 clubs from the top two leagues not involved. we are the only full-time team not competing. personally i think this shows absolutely no ambition to bring on young players.
  22. nothing against that as long as they understand the business, invest and know what they are doing.
  23. in a way I agree but that's why the club has directors. it is their responsibility to come up with answers and male it right.
  24. i hear what you say but the young pros would learn a lot more and quicker when playing against and with men than they ever will in any u18 league.
  25. I see we are not involved in the new reserve league. very short sighted in my opinion.
