  1. Eh?
  2. Nasty?! Having seen all but two of our games this season as well as the game, I think I'm fairly to get assertions as who's played well recently and who hasn't.
  3. You were clearly not at the game. Polworth keeping his place is madness!
  4. And Williams out?!
  5. Can work -
  6. And lo and behold, today he signs for Sligo Rovers, who are claiming that he was capped for Kenya! http://www.rte.ie/sport/soccer/irish/2014/0124/500018-sligo-rovers/
  7. I believe he has some connection there as well. His brother was born there, or capped for them, or something like that. I looked that up recently as well. I certainly don't recollect any talk of it at the time which is strange. EDIT Hang on a second! I just discovered something! It might be a different Eric Odhiambo. http://www.footballzz.com/jogador.php?id=259343&epoca_id=0 I see this fellow called Eric Ray Odhiambo was playing in his native Kenya in 2009. Could it actually be him who was the Eric Odhiambo who was capped?
  8. I only found out recently that he was capped for Kenya while he was with us in 2009. That certainly wasn't reported at the time!
  9. We did! So I unless Ive missed it being played again I think it probably resides at the TCS IIRC it was a Tuesday or Wednesday night and we had our season opener against Celtic on the Saturday. It was brought back to give a financial boost to Clach, who were still in administration at the time and was also used as a way of getting Jonny Hayes some game time before the start of the season.
  10. Maybe the next time Vincent or Tansey are unavailable to take it, we should just let Ross pass it and have Mckay running in to whack it home from inside the box.
  11. HT: KFC 0-0 ICT FT: KFC 0-2 ICT 1st ICT: Warren 1st Opp: Boyd Time of 1st Goal: 64
  12. How we won Division One with a defence that included both Djebi-Zadi and Bulvitis is one of life's great mysteries!
  13. According to the guy off STV, Draper's keen to stay!
  14. I was at that as well. It was an Inverness Cup game IIRC, 4-3 ICT win and Chris Innes dropped a clanger. Alexander MacDonald - Blonde long haired centre-back who wore number 25 in 2007-08. Only appeared on the bench once IIRC, and then left after picking up a back injury I think.
  15. Johnathon Smith - Third choice keeper in the 2006-07 season. Seemingly he was very good, despite being only about 5"10ish. Moved to America after being released, but I believe he's back over here now and was/is at Clach. Appeared on the bench a couple of times I think, one of which was at Celtic Park.
  16. I'd presume Sydney get a bigger following as well.
  17. He played in Brewster's first game back in a 3-1 League Cup win against Arbroath. Played quite well that day too. He went onto play for Ross County for a while before being linked with a return to us. He's now at Maidstone United, Ben Greenhalgh's old club. Ally Ridgers - Strange one this. Two spells with us (came through the youth team initially IIRC), yet made a grand total of zero appearances in both spells. We also went for him after Mark Brown left and we failed to Vito Mannone then of Arsenal. He was playing for Clach at the time! He's now at Brora Rangers and DJs part time under the name "Technique" (no really!).
  18. Brill Raven Warren Meekings Tremarco Draper Shinnie Doran Ross Williams Mckay Subs - Esson, Devine, Tansey, Watkins*, Polworth, Vincent, Greenhalgh * If Watkins (or anyone else) is still out, bring Christie onto the bench.
  19. I believe it's true that you don't see an accurate representation of a game and individual performances on TV. Mckay's a far better striker than Rooney IMO, far quicker and has a far better work rate.
  20. Richie Byrne was one of Brewster's favourites, who was never rated by anyone ever! Andre Martins was a funny one though. Loads of clubs all over the world, yet hardly any appearances, despite previously being with Fulham and having trials at such footballing juggernauts as Bayern Munich, Dundee United and even Morton! After being released from ICT he went on to play in the top leagues in Brazil and Colombia but seemingly was cottoned onto by a club in Chile of being a con artist! Saw him play in an U20 game once actually. Unsurprisingly, he was rubbish! Saw George Brislen-Hall play a few times for the U20s as well. He was quite good actually, but never got a chance. Very fast and hardworking - a kind of Hayes/Pepper combo. Here's another one - Ben Jackson - Striker who signed from Bishop Auckland and appeared on the bench a few times. Left in 2006 and went to Horden Colliery Welfare in the North Eastern League, before retiring due to a knee injury. Bizarrely, he's now 28 and manages University of Sunderland Men's 2nd team!
  21. In light of Curtis Allen's recent exit, I was thinking there of ICT first team players, who for some reason or another, never got a game (when I say first team players, I mean proper first team players, not youth players who appeared on the bench and never came on). Did you ever see any of them play, where are they now and would they have been any good? We'll go one at a time as well, it's more fun that way! I'll start us off with the aforementioned Curtis Allen. Highly rated and a good record in Northern Ireland and had been linked previously with West Brom and Swansea. He's now back in Belfast with Glentoran. I saw him play once in an U20 game. He looked awfully slow and unfit, even for that league. I don't think we'll be missing much with him to be honest.
  22. He was a striker/winger IIRC. Seemingly he no longer has a club and is now 34. His last team was way down the leagues in Spain apparently. He was a good player in the past from what I remember, but I wouldn't take him now.
  23. Am I the only one who's not looking to this semi-final at all and is rather worried of an upset?
  24. Our first choice keeper for long periods last season, but hasn't played a single match yet for Kilmarnock. The Caley Curse has struck again!
  25. I actually think he could do a job for us up-front, and also in where Nick Ross plays.
