Perhaps is the word that springs to minds here. But when it all comes down to it, the team that takes their chances, finds a balance of what suits that and has a bit of luck will succeed in the end. There's no doubt ICT probably have one of the best squads in theleague but I feel a deep factor could how they fare in the last few minutes of every game, espcially with a close scoreline. Time and again ICT have suffered from late goals that have cost them dearly and I reckon that could once again be the difference between promotion and non promotion next season.
  2. Juanjo was another one. Came at the same time as Djebi-Zadi. Brew said he thought he was good, but didn't sign him because he felt he wasn't any better than what ICT had at that point. He then had a trial with County but they also felt he was no better than what they already had, they also had a couple of similars players that they felt were just as good, Richie Hart being one of them. There was another one a few months ago, Ryan Harper or something, as well as Ibrahim Atiku a Ghanain internationalist.
  3. Yes he was a proven goalscorer at this level but that was years ago and he was much younger then. IMO Brew was dead right to let him go (he should never have brought him back), as he just wasn't up to it at all. He might be alright in SFL1 but I doubt he'd return. I would also agree now that with Sanchez now signed ICT don't really need another stiker, one thing they could do with though is a creative centre-midfielder (though Sanchez or one of the new signings like Cox or Stratford could be up to that).
  4. Absolutley not, he was poor for St. Mirren last season, and pretty rubbish in his last two seasons at ICT, no thanks.
  5. I'd like to see Duff brought back in far more regularly next season, the times I saw him last season, I reckon he could cut it in the SPL, and he is yet the finished article, he could be a decent player with a bright future at ICT. On Proctor, yes I do agree that Proctor would be good at defensive midfield, as can be seen by me puting in a central midfield role in some of the recent line-up threads, he's not a bad passer of the ball (better than Duncan anyway) and could do well in there.
  6. how much were you for your county season ticket renegade? I'm sure you'll like the south stand Now why would I want a County season ticket? I'm an ICT fan.
  7. And as if on cue, here's another silly point scoring post from DALNEIGH CALEY. Do you get some sort of sexual pleasure from replying to my posts? the way you constantly reply to them you'd think so.

I see some clubs's announcer actually annouces the teams on. For example just when the teams are coming out, for example you could go: "And here now is the team from Dundee, Dundee FC, and the men in red and blue, the greatest team in the Highlands.............Caley Thistle!" It could be a good way of getting the crowd going when the two sides come out. Ever thought about doing something like that?
  9. Just wanted to know where people think the best place to sit at Caley Stadium is? For me it has to be the North Stand, out of the rain and I quite like the way the team come towards you in the attack. I don't think wild horses could drag me to that Main Stand to be honest. It's position means you either get the wind in your face, the rain or worst of all the bright sun. I don't think you get such a good view from there either. Discuss
  10. And said I stick by it. Understand?
  11. The official website is never the place to go for things like that. At one point Golabek and Hart were marked down as English and Ian Black was down as previously playing for Cowdenbeath, at the age of six scoring six goals in 0 appearances.
  12. The amount of posters who agree or disagree means nowt. What's more cowardly going in for a tackle or hopeless punts forward cause you're too afraid to do anything else, I've made my assumption and I stick with it so don't try and drag me down on that. I'm got stop this here before your silly mud slinging kicks in again, maybe you should go out for a walk and come back and become a respectful and decent poster. If people wanted to argue with morons they'd go to P&B.
  13. Here you claim Black made "cowardly" tackles, would you have said it to him? YOU refered to the then star player of ICT as acting cowardly, so don't come on here and pretend to be all innocent. The difference on your last post is I post what I see, and what I believe should be done. Most of the time with constructive criticism should it warrant it, you on the other do neither of those things and only seem to come on here to make a pig of yourself.
  14. Too true, it's posters like that that have dragged this site down in the last little while. Surprised the mods let him run riot the way they do.
  15. Well that has to be post of the week. Not bad for someone with less than two brain cells.
  16. Why is every second posts of yours a dig at me? Rather childish isn't it.

That's an interesting song, how does the tune go?
  18. What a daft question, obviously not. But I would tell him to punt the punt so to speak.

What about something simple and one everyone could do: ICTFC dum dum dum dum dum dum ICTFC dum dum dum dum dum dum
  20. I'd go with - Esson Proctor Bulvitis Munro Djebi-Zadi Eagle Cox Stratford Imrie Rooney Sanchez Subs - Allison, Hayes (if fit*), Hastings, Duff, McBain * - If Hayes aint fit, go with Sutherland. Tactics Simple keeping the ball on the deck and playing it to the wings, with Imrie and Eagle swapping sides ever so often. Rooney and Sanchez up front but that was because there was no other choices.
  21. According to this site, Bulvitis can play right back, left back and central defence. Hopefully with this signing, we won't see Tokely in there as often. I'm also rather optimistic about Dani Sanchez. ICT have need some latin flare and hopefully he'll provide it.
  22. I don't think anyone will have taken your posts seriously after you said you wanted to see ICT relegated. Oh well, you got what you wanted.
  23. What's wrong with that? He's big, he's quick and can sometimes be a liability at the back. Big and fast that's what ICT, why buy someone new in when he could do a la Blackburn did with that bloke Samba. You mean you did in the first place lol Well that's not very nice is it. My posts are always with a big dollop of common sense. Everyone knows that. :022:
  24. Oh well I'm safe then! That's a shame I thought they were alright.
  25. No sorry, for once I found your reply rather uninspiring and rather uninspirational. Try harder next time  .
