That is exactly what isn't needed on this thread. All I want is a simple yes or no and wee bit of dialogue about the original question. It is not a place to attack the management or any of that stuff and this certainly is not a place your typical nonsense of coming onto a thread, having a go at the fans, and going on about the great skills of the management team whilst also being so high and mighty all the time. Please do that on another thread and keep it out of this one.

Exactly, I don't want, nor did I start this thread, for a discussion on whether or not Butcher is any good or not or any of that stuff. I started this thread to try and see what people think will happen with Butcher regarding ICT, in the near future.

Just wanting to gage people's thoughts on this, do you personally think that Butcher will be manger of ICT this time next year? I can't see it myself.

I think it's quite unprofessional that he obviously didin't make the effort to go down as the ICT manager. I do think though that the reason is that in some people's eyes it could well give them a higher opinion of him, and that's what he wants. At one point his caption said, "Rangers 1986 - 1990". That was 20 years ago for heaven's sake! I also get the feeling he's a bit embarrassed about being such a big football name, and the biggest management job he can get is one in a mediocre football country, at a club who aren't in the top league, at a team in the middle of nowhere. All this gives me the impression that he quite simply doesn't want to be here.

Nauris Bulvitis's contract is up in January. Would you re-sign him for say, another six months? Or would you punt him to try and free up some money for the possibility of signing a better and more stable centre-back? Discuss

Can you do something about the amount of smileys certain posters use? Some folk seem to go a bit nuts with them and it makes the site look a bit unprofessional at times IMO.

It would probably be pretty easy for him to say to the producers or whoever what title he'd like to have. Doubt he want to change his caption title, to something so low key though.

I'd like to see Barrowman on from the start and I reckon he could do pretty well in a front 3 with a nippy forward in Odhiambo and someone like Foran in next to him. Imrie (if he ain't banned) is dropped to the bench in favour of McBain coming back into the starting line up.

I had no idea gypsies were renowned for their swimming skills. Agree on some of the other points though, he seems to think he's a genius and aint half as good as he thinks he is.

A major factor for me is that there is no leader on the park whatsoever. That and the fact, that the ICT defence is shakey at best is an influence, along with there being no big centre back in the form of Mann or Dods in there.
