  1. There we are. Comments like that make me feel bad. :023:
  2. True what you about Bulvitis, it's the one position that really needs cover. On the point of Tokely, well there's Proctor, Stratford, Duncan and Cox who can all fill in at right back should they need to.
  3. So we should if they're that bad.
  4. This incident has really inspired me. The amount of bullying, nasty comments and hatred towards me on this forum has left me very sad. :023: And not just that, but the fact that it has gone unnoticed by the powers that be is a real travesty, so if you just send me a few pounds each, not too much mind, that'll be enough to stop me from puting your name forward to the police tomorrow. Thank you for your time.
  5. It wouldn't be harsh at all, cause he was hopeless today.
  6. :023: Not heard that before. And you accuse me of being tiresome...
  7. Passing, that was what struck me today. Do these players actually practise passing the ball during training? It was abysmal to say the least. Some are saying it was an exciting and enjoyable game, well they must be pretty easily amused cause about 90% of the game was boring as heck. So much for Butcher's "one or two he was tired of" malarky, what did he do? Put out the same team again. Imrie shouldnt have started, not after last weeks performance, and the same with Bulvitis, but ICT gained a welcome 3 points....but had it been a better team, it would've almost certainly been a defeat and ICT's game got longer and longer as time went on. On the whole, Esson was fine, Golabek was quite good in the first half but not so much in the second, and the opposite can be said for Tokely. Didn't think much of him in the 1st half but was better in the second. Munro was alright, as was Bulvitis (he couldn't have got much worse after last weeks performance) but a leader and a big centre half is definately needed in January. In the midfield, Proctor wasn't particularly bad, but had a fairly quiet game. Don't know what people see in Duncan, cause I thought he did nowt. Foran had a very quiet game, but how he missed that chance at the back post is beyond me. It was probably harder to do what he did than it was to score! And once again, there is Imrie. What an ego fantical player. Always goes for the glory and is greedy to the extreme. He has the pace, he has the agility, he has the talent. He just needs to channel it into a good performance. He should stop all this me, me, me stuff, cut out all the fancy nonsense and actually realise that football is a team sport, and look for the pass once in a while. There's other players on the field bar him. Sanchez was okay but was quite lucky with his goal. Not quite as good as normal, but still not bad. Up front, I thought Rooney was rubbish. I see two bright sparks have voted to give him 5 points in the POTY poll! Seriously unbelievable stuff. Did absolutely nothing, except run around near the defender for 90 minutes. A poor performance at best. Of the substitutes, Cox didn't have much time and unsurprisingly did very little when he came on, but a special mention has to go to Johnny Hayes. He was ace when he came, running and running at the full backs. Odhiambo was also quite good when he came and added a bit of zip to the front line. To cap it all of he scored an excellent, well taken goal. He can't help not getting more involved towards the end cause every ball punt to him was miles over his head. Of Butcher, well he seems to like to talk about changes but seldomly does so. Remember his three pronged attack he was going to go with a month or so ago and then on matchday went with one up front? Well today was the same. A couple of changes, and Hayes re-introduced from the start? Aye right, the same thing again. Too many long balls, a disorganised looking team and yet again another defensive mindset. Things need changing Terry and had that been a better team ICT had come against today, it could well have ended in defeat.
  8. Make your mind up you only have one choice!
  9. But they are ok on men? Not really no.

  13. I spoke to someone in Waterstones earlier today, and they said that he's definately i on Saturday, presumably signing books.
  14. I'm getting a bit confused now. I fancy popping down to Waterstones on Saturday, and under my impression, and from what I've seen from other book signings there, you pick up a book, go over the auther at the table, they sign, you pay for it and away you go.
  15. Indeed he was loaned in. He then got injured and they released him from his contract.
  16. That first pic looks fake to me.
  17. Gary McSwegan
  18. Jog on kiddo. I was merely pointing out the irony of you being annoyed on here. Thanks for that, I feel much better now.
  19. No thanks.
  20. I already have, I went with a 3-1-4-2 formation.
  21. That's an interesting point actually. I was discussing with someone recently, if everyone in Inverness who weren't born there, were told to leave, how many people would be left. Not that many I reckon.
  22. Ah, a rather predictable reply. Am I the only person who respects other forum users opinions, no matter how "ridiculous" they may be?
  23. For me, that was a completely different side to the one that beat Morton last week, or as it? ICT played, to put it bluntly shockingly, and those who think that ICT deserved to win that game really need to see some professional, cause they obviously have a few problems. What can say to describe ICT after that performance? Well, lifeless, disorganised, ego-fanatical, to name a few. County deserved to win on the very reason that they were the opposite to those reasons. Getting into the game in the first place was one thing, those tailbacks into Dingwall were unbelievable, but there was no light in the performance on the Black Isle. Unsurprisingly, Butcher went with the same formation and line up again, which is understandable. If he's lined up with something and it had ended in defeat then he'd be getting pelters from changing it. On the whole, the only players you could really say that they had a good game were Golabek, Hayes and at times Tokely. Esson was solid enough but had a little to do at times, though could do with coming off his line quicker. Of the rest of them, Munro was solid enough but it wasn't one of his better games, and I reckon that that is mainly own to his defensive partner. ICT's defence has traditionally always been watertight up until recent years, but now it has sprunge a leak big style, and it's being done by a Bulvitis shaped hole. Poor Nauris hadn't a clue. His defensive display was abysmal, his passing along the ground and back to Esson was atrocious and it seems that if he has to think about where to put the ball, he mindlessly punts it forward. ICT desperately need a centre half in the mould of a Dods/Mann figure. Hell, even Lionel in there could probably do better! It is strange though, over the last few weeks, I felt that Bulvitis has got better, but Saturday's performace was just awful. Had that been Lionel with that performance, the fans would be going even more nuts that they are already. Golabek was pretty good making a few good runs forward and crossing into the box, and the same can be said for Tokely who unlucky not to score with a header towards the end of the first half, but it could well have been more difficult than it looked at the time. In the midfield, Proctor had a quiet game, though not necessarily a particularly bad one, though his central counter part was another one who was awful. How Duncan can get years worth of consectutive games is beyond me, he can't pass to save his life and always seems to go for glory when just outside the box. Sanchez was okay at times, but didn't have an overly good game before he was taken off. Hayes came on for him and I felt had a good game. A good crosser, good vision, a hard worker. That's exactly what you want in a winger. Foran was another one who had quite a quiet game, but still seems to be a bit of a hot head. And then there's Imrie. Now, he's a hard worker, but someone needs to tell him that there's more players on the pitch than just him. It's called "football" not "Imrieball". He's seems to be a bit of an egomaniac and you never seem him look for others, and for a winger he seldomly seems to cross into the box, instead just charging as hard as he can. His game is all about him. He's another one, who constantly goes for glory and his awful shooting proves that. He needs to be dropped ASAP, though I doubt that he will, due to him seeming to be one of Butcher's favourites. Up front, Rooney did nothing most of the time. He had a couple of chances to score but never seems to take his chances. His penalty was also poor and was lucky it came back out to him to knock it home. He's another one I'd consider dropping to the bench. Odhiambo didn't do much when he came on. That was the first time I'd seem him and I wasn't overly impressed. The main moment for him was when he headed wide, when he did have the time and space to take the ball down and either knock the ball across goal or knock it home himself. Cox also came on and did okay, but he didn't have much time to do anything. He should definately replace Bulvitis or Duncan in the squad for Airdrie next week. On the whole, a poor day for ICT. Butcher went with a predictable but not necessarily wrong team selection, but County were far more organised and fitter. Part of me feels that Butcher in part, won the game for County. What they have done is have Brewster in a position where he can work on fitness and fitness alone and leave the tactics to someone else, in this case the tactically better Derek Adams. I ain't gonna jump on Butcher's back just yet, as I would've done in recent weeks, but there's definately things he has to sort out.
  24. I think we're all missing the big issue here, and that is, what on Earth was that thing that came out to wave to the fans just before kick off? It's been in all my nightmares since!
  25. Am I the only person who thinks that just because you're a member of an internet forum, you don't have the right to go nuts with smileys and exclamation marks?
