Maybe Munro's problem is the lack of English in the backline. Darren Dods spoke English while Mihadjuks and Djebi-Zadi's English isn't great from what I've heard and then there's Hastings. I know Hastings come from the English speaking bit of Canada but that probably doesn't matter as poor Grant probably can't understand Dicky's strange accent and the way he always ends sentences with "AY".

As good as Cowie seems to be doing, I'd rather have Wilson back than him.

Stokes would be a good one but I reckon the best and most affordable signing ICT could makew up-front would be that Welsh bloke who plays for Llanelli (or something like that). He knocked in 40 last season.

I'd walk the Sahara to play for ICT too, but it aint gonna happen.

Here's another thing, since when was Gaelic the "national" heritage of Scotland? The Gaelic zealots always say "oh it's our culture, it's our heritage". A very large chunk of Scottish folk, if not the majority are not of Gaelic heritage at all. Utter selfishness from the Gaelic gang.

What if someone gave birth to a child in say Canada and then five minutes later moved over two the American side of the border, where the child lived for the rest of it's life? Surely if the child was born on say 5th March 1987 it would be more "American" than someone born on in America on say 1st January 2000. With some players being able to play in mutiple positions and also with folk saying that people like Foran would be better up front, if you were boss where would you predominantly play these players?

My opinion of the saga is that had it just been the drinking then maybe being dropped for one or two games at the most would have been fair and then the it would've been forgotten about but the whole V signs and stuff was just plain stupidity. Would I have either at ICT? No and I hope Butcher got right in about them.

So I take it that under your view that Maloney and Andy Goram shouldn't have/be playing for Scotland either. And what about Butcher?
