  1. If ICT do not win the appeal over Esson's red card then obviously Fraser will go back in goal, but who'll be the sub keeper? I know third-choice McNulty is away at Elgin so he may or may not be recalled, so I'm guessing Kyle Allison will go on the bench or will we see a special guest return of the great Jim Calder?
  2. Even though it's a couple of weeks away yet, I'd go with the 3-4-3. Attacking football is needed to win every game I reckon. Esson's out unless ICT win the appeal. ------------------------------------Fraser------------------------------------------ ---------------Mihadjuks-------------Duff-------------Hastings------------------ ---Tokely------------------Black--------------Kerr------------------Imrie------- ----------------Morais--------------Rooney------------Foran-------------------- Subs - Keeper?, Proctor, Djebi-Zadi, Vigurs, Odhiambo, McBain, Wood/Barrowman
  3. Duff is a far better centre-back from what I've seen. About time Grant "hoofball" Munro was dropped.
  4. I think being a transvestite came after kilts, so maybe you need to rethink that statement. Eh? No Correct. Poor Meucci invented the telephone and then that thief Bell stole it from him. Take that back now! Eh? No
  5. Nothing makes me proud be Scottish I have to say, and since leaving and looking at it from the outside looking in instead of the inside looking out at times I'm pleased I aint there. But think about it. The flag, boring, weather, terrible, bagpipes, terrible (like nails on a blackboard), football, poor, kilts, you wouldn't catch me dead wearing one, scenery, boring, I think you get the idea. And on the subject of kilts, since when was being a transvestite called tradition? It's also interesting to note that a lot of this traditional Scottish stuff isn't from Scotland at all. For example - kilts (Irish), porridge (Italian, probably Chinese before that), telephone (Italian), clans (Irish, as is tartan IIRC), gaelic (Irish), bagpipes (Indian I think). I tell you one thing I like about Scotland though and Inverness especially is the tap water. Very nice indeed, second only to the Paris water actually.
  6. I had a wee look a this stuff a while back and I see Falkirk offer live coverage of all home games for people who live outside the UK for ?4.99 a month. On the whole though I reckon ICT just don't want to do this.
  7. Some nice ideas, but I doubt ICT would be interested. They seem to like to keep the atmosphere minimal at best.
  8. I'd also go along with something like this, where you can just go out and kill them: ------------------------------------Esson----------------------------------------- --------------------Mihadjuks---------------------Duff----------------------------- ---Tokely-----------------------------Kerr----------------------------Djebi-Zadi---- --------------------------------------Black---------------------------------------- ---Morais---------------------------------------------------------------Imrie------ ----------------------Rooney----------------------Foran-------------------------- Subs - Fraser, Hastings, Barrowman/Wood, Odhiambo, McBain, Munro, Proctor
  9. I can assure you that the average tourist knows hee haw about Gaelic and wouldn't care less if it went down the tubes.
  10. There's a good chance he'd probably take a new contract now too. He loves Sneck apparently.
  11. Caldwell and Weir in. Dear oh dear they're both garbage, Weir especially. Personally though I couldn't give two hoots about the Scotland team. They could go belly-up and it wouldn't bother me.
  12. Correct me if I'm wrong but was the ground not originally called or going to be called "Longman Stadium"?
  13. In no way was Niculae a great player, far too slow and obviously thought he was better than he actually was. And he was a waste of meny. Also notice that the other Latvian trialist Vladimirs Kolesnicenko is also in the line-up.
  14. I doubt it was the guy on Saturday but there was a guy which was either earlier this season or towards the end of last season, (it might have been the last game of the season actually) when he was pretty poor from the start but the bit I remember is that the 45 minutes were up, the referee blew his whistle and the players wandered back down the tunnel. All of sudden on comes the announcer: "IT IS HALF TIME". Well would you believe it! Would I do it? You bet. I actually get decent tunes playing for once and would get the crowd up to a frenzy. Sign me up!
  15. Why? I thought you supported ICT?
  16. As in St. Mirren's Wyness?
  17. Why would you even bother?
  18. Munro has only one tactic: Hoof hoof hoof. Duff is far superior. Read it again: Imrie actually classed as going forward in attack and would sit behind the front two when in attack.ie - ----------Tokely------------------Black--------------------------------------------Hastings -----------------------------------------------------------Imrie---------------------------- ----------------------------------Rooney------------------Foran--------------------------- Hastings (like Tokely) is someone who seems to be better when they go forward, rather than at the back. Hastings played well in a defensive midfield position for Canana at the last Gold Cup and I'd have him an Djebi-Zadi interchanging during the game, with Hastings dropping back when Lionel goes forward. Do you think I care if anyone takes it's seriously or not? That's an interesting one which could work actually with Tokely up front.

    Djebi-zadi

Just out of interest, how did he do yesterday?
  20. Another classic post by DALNEIGHCALEY! I'll be laughing myself to sleep tonight along with your other classic posts! ha ha ha ha Any wise words to follow that up?? ha ha ha ha ha Can we please start a "DC Gold" thing please, it'll be overflowing by now!
  21. 4-4-2 for away game will be fine: --------------------------------------Esson------------------------------------------------- -----Proctor----------Mihadjuks--------------------Duff-----------------Djebi-Zadi------ -----Tokely------------Black------------------------Imrie-----------------Hastings------- ------------------------Rooney----------------------Foran--------------------------------- Subs - Fraser, Morais, Odhiambo, Munro, Kerr, Vigurs, Barrowman/McBain/Duncan 4-4-2, with Proctor moving into right-back and Duff in for Munro. Tokely moves to right-wing and I'd like to see how well Hastings would do at left wing. Black and Imrie in the centre with Imrie's primary focus being on attack, and I'd have him going forward with the strikers during an attack. Rooney and Foran up front could be a good partnership.
  22. If that's how you feel, why don't you run? Absolutely right. There's far better things to do with the money on the roads than install some dead language on the roadsigns. I'm not racist towards Gaelic in nay way, I just believe that all this funding is an utter, utter waste. And here's another thing. Is it just me, or have the Gaelic gang become far more arrogant in recent years. It seems to me that their attitude to anyone with an opposing view is "We're right, your wrong, no matter what". They also seem to play the sympathy card quite often too with the "We were banned for so long and this is all coming in to make up for it" nonsense. Of course all of this stuff happened a couple centuries before they were born, which makes it almost laughable. This almost apartheid-like of which they pretty much speak of is almost as if they are trying to compare themselves to black South Africans or Palistinians. Another usual thing they do is "We're thriving, give up cash" or "We're dying, give us cash". I couldn't give too hoots whether Gaelic died or not. The thing is though that if they really do want to keep it alive, things like the Gaelic schools and other stuff should be privately funded, so if they pay for it, and them alone, it be far would justifiable.
  23. Silence. That is the sound of me caring.
