Who should be the next chairman at ICT..?
Agreed Smee.... But remember Mr Savage was a major player in the re-appointment of Craig Brewster, and the signing of Marius Niculae - that one might have turned him into a hero, but unfortunately it backfired on him...

Who should be the next chairman at ICT..?
Maybe I'm missing something here, but won't that be a matter for the next chairman to deal with.?

Who should be the next chairman at ICT..?
I'm personally very disappointed that David Sutherland has ruled himself out, as far as a possible return to chair ICT is concerned... He is largely responsible for the rapid growth, and much of the success that ICT has enjoyed since its inception in 1994. So what kind of person should take over from Mr Savage...? What ambitions should that person have for ICT...? Will he/she regard survival in the SPL (even 2nd bottom place) as an achievement...? Will he/she regard that as "punching above our weight...? I sincerely hope the board will come up with the exactly right person to take ICT to a higher level. Someone who will be aware of this club's sense of values, which has a lot to do with its present position.. When it was announced that CC was stepping down as manager, this website almost went into meltdown as to who his replacement should or shouldn't be.... The appointment of the next chairman of ICT is surely every bit as important, if not even more important than the appointment of a team manager/coach.

Chairman resigns
Unfortunately Allan Savage took ICT no further forward from the healthy position we were in when he was handed the reigns... Some might even argue we actually took a few steps backwards... :018:

LOSERS
That is an incredible achievement right enough..... CONGRATULATIONS .. :021: Maimie : There are quite a few I can think of who post on here, and who could do with losing a Lb or two... Hope you're going to share some of your secrets with the rest of us.... :014:

Chairman resigns
Sutherland's just been on North Tonight and ruled himself out the chairmanship of ICT... George Fraser was suggested as the favourite to take over the reigns... He also said that breaking the club's pay structure with the signing of Marius was perhaps not the board's best ever decision and was something that would have to be re-assessed.

Chairman resigns
I don't think that there will be much money forthcoming from Tulloch Homes, Barrett Homes or any other Homes for the next two years or so!! Wondering if perhaps you live in some housing depressed market area in Englandshire, Absent Friend....? Try reading the article that Alex thoughtfully posted a link to.... Article

IAN BLACK ?
I didn't think that bookings incurred in a reserve fixture applied in 1st team fixtures - I remember seeing Rosscoe in the reserves when he was suspended for his ordering off against Motherwell...

Chairman resigns
With the Bank of Scotland investing heavily in DS's Tulloch Homes, one hopes there could be more money made available to CB...

Chairman resigns
Strangely... no mention of unrest in the boardroom in that statement... :024:

Worth bearing in mind that a large proportion of the Aberdeen side of the eighties that Alex Ferguson created came from the central belt... What attractions were there in Aberdeen for them..? None... If you read Gordon Strachan's autobiography... I have difficulty in understanding why so many born and bred Invernesians seem to be **** bent on putting this area down at every opportunity... :024:

Worth pointing out too, Starchief, that Inverness is second only to Edinburgh as far as popular Scottish tourist destinations are concerned.

Are you seriously suggesting that the Falkirk area is more likely to appeal to a young footballer than here in the capital of the Highlands..? Can you outline your reasons for why you think that might be the case..?

You mean unlike Paisley or Falkirk or Kilmarnock...? :024:

Managerial Dream Team
Did anyone see Yogi's post-match interview after the Aberdeen v Falkirk Game....respect! :clapping03: There's a guy who tells it like it is, knows how to motivate his players, knows how to attract great prospects...Stokes.....Schmeichel........future Scotland Manager in the making. Our guys could learn quite a bit from him! Yeah... I love the guy too, Steph, although maybe in a different kind of a way from you..!! But the fact is Falkirk lost that game... Aberdeen appeared to me to be much more up for it that night than Falkirk were.. That's not to say Tangoman could be a future Scotland boss.... :018:

Managerial Dream Team
I strongly disagree. The realists know that with ICT's recent history of such things that anything is possible and that Brew staying or going is far from certain. As long as Savage and Grassa remain in their respective positions and ICT remain in the SPL, I'd say Brewster's position is fairly secure for at least another year....

ICT reserves beat Rangers
No it's not. I got all excited and Sky +'d it to watch later... and have now seen that it is Rangers U19 v. Dundee Utd U19 :020: I shall keep an eye out for it though. Would've thought Rangers don't show their Reserve team losses?? Sorry RossP... i just scanned the schedules and noted Rangers Reserves - 8.30PM. I Sky +'d it too...

Final position
