  2. Caldow's leg break, as far as I recall, was a straightforward shin fracture.... Durrant suffered cruciate ligament damage, which can be (and was) a far more serious injury. Jim Baxter also broke his leg in 1965 and made an excellent recovery
  3. Bad News..? For who..?

  7. What a fantastic game, and what a performance by Celtic. They gave a brilliant demonstration of how to keep possession and set up chances with by quick & accurate passes.... That 1-1 result for our game with them early on in the season now looks better & better.... Oh & we beat their OF rivals with consumate ease on Saturday..... Europe here we come....!!! :clapping04: :clapping04: :clapping04:
  8. Knickers...
  9. Sandy : I agreed with your initial comments on this thread re North Tonight's coverage of Saturday's win for ICT.... I don't know how the feck you got from there to Ian Durrant... After that "tackle" by Simpson, Durrant was out of action for nearly two years... When he did come back he was a shadow of what he had been... How the feck can you say that tackle made his career?? It virtually destroyed it....... Time you went back on the waggon again....
  10. If you do work out how it works, Kencar please explain it to Black... I would guess it will have something to do with his past record, which is bl0ody awful....
  11. Yeah I agree too.... There was the usual vociferous howls from the Rangers' support at these two incidents and not every ref would have ignored that... Well done Ian Brines....

  13. There's no answer to that Libero.... Stumped...
  14. C'mon Charlie... Sandy does have a point here.... What Caley achieved on Saturday was as important as their cup success against Celtic. I didn't see North Tonight, but I have to agree with Sandy in that their coverage of Caley's momentous & historical event was bordering on the downright scandalous.....

  16. Wouldn't have put it past him....!!! :015: :015:
  17. Impeccable sources tell me we won't get rid of him that easily.... :004: He's an adrenalin junkie who just can't exist without the huge buzz he gets out of all the rumour mongering and prophecies of doom & gloom. The more we respond & react to his deranged ramblings the more obsessed with power he becomes....he's been living amongst these simple people in that cloth cap & whippet country and eating hovis for so long now it's taken its toll on his brain.... He'll be back on tonight shortly after closing time in Chorley, probably posting under one of his many aliases, no doubt suggesting someone launches a petition persuading him to stay on for another term.... I may very well put my name to that, but at the same time I find it very hard to forgive him for publishing such graphic pictures of FW's boil on the net.... That boil was a private matter between the three of us, and no matter how FW came by it, it should never have been allowed to leak out in such a devastating manner..... Shame on you IHE......
  18. Breathtaking...
  19. (batteries included)
  20. Well I have to say the Scotsman gave ICT a good write up.... "The lack of pace, imagination and conviction from Rangers was quite startling, most notably in the first half, when the supremely well drilled Inverness side maintained parity with a level of comfort they could scarcely have imagined as they travelled down the A9" "MOM... Craig Dargo. There were several candidates in the Inverness ranks, but Dargo edges the plaudits for his tireless shift, in both supplementing the midfield and supporting Bayne with the added bonus of delivering the shot which forced Letizi's error"
  21. You'll be back on here tomorrow night shortly after chucking out time....!! :015: :015: :015:
  22. You're beginning to sound like Tony fekin Blair.....
