  1. Hayes did well..... Foran did score a decent goal, but my MoM was Nick Ross... looks like a really good prospect to me.
  2. Tokely is suspended.
  3. That first touch made me wonder if he's colour blind, or has some kind of difficulty differentiating between strips.... He does it so often.... delivers an inch perfect pass to a man in a bit of space. Unfortunately that man isn't always a team-mate.
  4. Are you pregnant?
  5. At least he's finally realised Esson is a decent keeper.
  6. He got his subs right? He took off our best player late in the game and replaced him with Lionel.
  7. I don't think we have any option other than to support TB & MM right now - thanks to the lucrative contract they won from our BOD. I'm heartened to note all the same that some are finally coming round to the idea that their appointment was a serious mistake, from which ICT might not recover.
  8. It's not often I agree with Kingsmills, but for once he's spot on with that comment.
  9. Agreed. Bobby Mann would have done better today.
  10. Just come in from that debacle now... I've never seen 3 goals gift wrapped within a 10 minute spell like that in my life before. Our defence should be questioned about possible match fixing after that. The fight back - about 20 minutes from the end was too little too late. Good goal by Foran. Nick Ross was the only guy who looked likely to achieve anything for us - what does TB do? Take him off for Lionel - unbelievable!
  11. I agree with that.... I met him once - a very likeable, straight laced bloke. I'm not very happy with Absent Friend's somewhat suggestive topic title here.... <_<
  12. Where would you go in Scotland (or England) that you might think would be better than here?
  13. It's not often I find myself in agreement with Kingsmills.... and his comment here does nothing to change that scenario. <_< Wyness was past his sell by date by the time he moved on to St Midden.
  14. Are you sure about that? My understanding was that groundsharing was acceptable - As long as the shared ground meets with present SPL criteria, regards seating, safety requirements etc.
  15. See post #32
  16. I'd love to see Bobby Mann back here again.
  17. Agree with DalneighCaley.... Some of the comments on here could come back and haunt us.
  18. :023: :023: Peasant.... sorry, I mean pedant... :(
  19. Good result last night? I thought we lost last night, or did I miss something? Good result? What a strange comment. :024: Maybe my expectation is different to yours, young Sir. When we play a team riding high in the SPL and my team is 'finding it's feet' in the SFL, I along with many more ICT supporters, felt it was lamb to the slaughter last night. Instead I had a superb evenings entertainment where my team came back twice and leveled the game over 90 minutes. Our SPL opponents played against 10 men for much of the game and only won on an OG basis. I would suggest that to any fan of ICT, other that your good-self, that this was a spirited performance and indeed a good result in the circumstances!! I have already remarked on this forum on the unrealistic expectations of some of the ICT support and I suppose you have just underlined this. . You don't quite understand AF.... Had this been a two legged affair a 3-2 scoreline away from home might have been interpreted by some as a good result. Sadly it was a cup-tie that had to be settled on the night - the Result was Motherwell won and proceed to the next round of the competition, while we are out of it. How can that be a good result? I've suggested elswhere on the site that our boys put on a great performance last night and were maybe a tad unlucky not to take Motherwell to a penalty shoot out. I was genuinely encouraged by last night's performance, and hope we continue to improve from here - but it was not a good result!

  21. I've only seen the County and the Ayr games - apart from pre-season friendlies - I don't know about over catious but I felt there were a lot of nervous perfomances by too many experienced players.... that can be contagious, and spread quickly through the ranks. In the main they are a decent bunch of pro's who are seldom short of effort and comittment - I'd just like to see them a bit more relaxed and trying and enjoy themselves a wee bit more. I agree with georgeios - It is a good question!
  22. Yeah... I'd go with that selection.... Hopefully they'll approach this one with some confidence after a decent performance last night. This is an absolutely massive game for us..... anything less than a win, and loosing more ground on other promotion candidates doesn't bear thinking about. Here's hoping that Saturday will be the start of our charge for the title.
  23. You're not alone there :angel06: Well done tonight, here's hoping you bounce back from the defeat in the league aswell. Think a draw for Dee and County would be best for us.... assuming we murder PT.
  24. Sounds like they are unlucky not to be at least level at HT...
