  3. Junction of Anderson Street and Thornbush Road with the Thornbush Stores and Inn just out of the picture on the right. Morris Minor, Fiat 132 (I think & Austin Cambridge.

  5. All the Aerials and dishes on the roof of the Telephone Exchange, someone has stolen the mini spires of the St Columba High Church...........will need to get CB on the case!
  6. The Loch Ness Investigation Bureau were located about 3 miles south of Urquhart Castle on Frasers Farm from early 60's to early 70's, the photo is taken from the farm on the south side of the A82, here is another picture.

The lampposts are getting well covered now for the election with the majority for SNP throughout the Inverness area with Labour and Lib-dems a bit behind and a token gesture from the other candidates/parties. Yesterday I travelled from Inverness to Onich and in Fort William again the majority for SNP with Labour well covered, very few Lib-dems in what was once a stronghold for them and not a Tory poster in sight from the party hoping to come second in the election!

  13. I remember a similar view from when I was a very young boy and stayed in a cottage up at Kinrhive between Ardross and Scotsburn, when we climbed the hill behind the house we could see the boats at Invergordon.

  25. You have me beat on that one IHE the only thing I can identify is the Honda 50 beside the statue I don't recall The Motorail Veteran Car Rally which must have been about 30 years ago.
