  1. It's looking like Jack Ross is going to Dundee United so Billy Dodds will be staying with us which I am happy with for this coming season as we need a settled manager and team. He would be daft to go if he got the chance as others have not had success after leaving us for a bigger club!
  2. I am sure the proceeds go to the youth football as do the car park charges for games. Since the start I have had many wins big and small 😊 which I am grateful for. The big cheques Charlie delivered in person and the small ones were posted out.
  3. He might be related to Dougal
  4. Tranmere Rovers have signed former Norwich City midfielder Reece McAlear on a two-year contract. Good luck to him he did well for us while on loan.
  5. Sorry guys I just read the back page this morning 🤣🤣
  6. From the P&J today
  7. IBM replied to Robert's topic in Caley Thistle
ICTWFC are looking for more recruits for next season.
  8. I am happy with the signings so far the early deals are good.
  9. There was a dull side and a shiny side you must have been using the wrong side 😳
  10. I look forward to getting my one this year at the Senior Citizen rate for the first time
  11. There is a good article in the P&J about the club working with the Section 94 young supporters. They are our supporters for the future and I hope to see many more next season. Young fans taking pride in Caley Thistle after open door talks, says ICT chief Scot Gardiner http://dlvr.it/SRK9py ICT chief: Young fans taking pride in Caley Thistle after open door talks (pressandjournal.co.uk)
  12. The winner for this season voted for by you is Shane Sutherland. Shane started well at the start of the season and picked up points throughout the season coming on to his best form in March, April and the start of May before being injured in the away game at Arbroath. A well deserved winner and hopefully he will make a good recovery from the serious injury picked up at Gayfield. However, early indications are that Shane will be out long term. Congratulations on winning this trophy which was held for the last two seasons by runner up David Carson and a speedy recovery Shane. Full Name: Shane Sutherland Born: October 23rd, 1990 (Wick) Height: 1.82 Position: Striker or inside forward Signed: July 1st, 2020 First Manager: John Robertson Left Club: May 31st, 2021 Career Stats: 162 appearances, 21 goals Debut (as sub): August 1st, 2009 - Inverness CT 4 - 0 Annan Athletic (League Cup - Rd 1) Full Debut: September 22nd, 2010 - Celtic 6 - 0 Inverness CT (League Cup - Rd 3) First Goal: March 5th, 2011 - Inverness CT 3 - 0 Motherwell (League - ) Also Played For: Elgin City, Peterhead Shane's Bio. Signed From: ICT U-19s Date Signed: July 2009 A young player who has come through the ranks and began to show excellent form last season. He made his 50th appearance for the club in the away fixture against Hearts at Tynecastle at the end of November 2011 and scored his first goal of the season against the same side on 21st January 2012 in Inverness. A very pacy and strong forward he will be looking to make a lot more appearances in the starting line-up this season. When given the opportunity, he has a lethal shot which has seen him scoring some excellent goals, both at senior level and also junior level. A lot will be expected of Shane this season as he strives to be one of the main strikers at the club. Sutherland made his senior début for Elgin City in the Third Division on 23 January 2010, while on loan from Inverness Caledonian Thistle. He was released by Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the end of the 2012–13 season, and signed for Elgin City in July 2013. After two season with Elgin, Sutherland moved to Scottish League One side Peterhead in June 2015, signing a one-year contract. At the end of his contract Sutherland returned to Borough Briggs for his third spell with Elgin. In January 2019 he returned to Peterhead. On 16 January 2020, Elgin announced that Sutherland would be leaving at the conclusion of the 2019–20 season to rejoin his first club, Inverness Caledonian Thistle where he is now a regular starter. At the end of season 20/21 having scored six goals Shane signed a one year contract extension. Shane has now gone on to make 162 appearances for the Caley Jags scoring 21 goals in total and 12 this season which included a vital one against Partick Thistle in the pay-off 1/4 final. Unfortunately he has suffered a serious knee injury in a play off game at Gayfield and will be out long term into season 22/23. Player of the Year Winner with 57 points Shane Sutherland 🏆 Second with 40 points David Carson Third with 39 points Mark Ridgers Fourth equal with 38 points Billy Mckay and Roddy MacGregor Sixth with 36 points Scott Allardice Monthly Winners July Shane Sutherland August Roddy MacGregor September Michael Gardyne October Michael Gardyne/Roddy MacGregor November Billy Mackay December Scott Allardice January Mark Ridgers February Sam Pearson March Shane Sutherland April Shane Sutherland May Austin Samuels The highest number of votes in a game is Reece McAlear for his great finish from Austin Samuels cross and his stunning free kick in the home playoff against St Johnstone. ⚽ The worst referee by far this season is Willie Collum for his disaster of a performance in the Arbroath away playoff game. Thank you again for all your votes throughout the season. Indebted to IBM and ictEWD. These guys have been working tirelessly in the background updating stats, adding current stats/results and new information to this site and keeping the voting polls going. Along with that Eric has produced a working master spreadsheet and Iain has collated all the votes over the last two seasons to come up with the Player of the Year once more. An onerous task all round but one carried out with due diligence. 🍺
  13. I totally agree Fraz. We are in need of a cup run next season it is extra games to play but means more money for the club and if we get a decent run in any cup it brings more fans on board.
  14. Six playoff games played in May with 2 won against Partick, 2 draws against Arbroath with a win with penalties and a home draw against St Johnstone and an away loss to loose the playoff final. A lot of votes this month which is great. The winner for May is Austin Samuels Thank you for all your votes this year and the result for our Player of the Year will be announced soon.

I was happy with his contribution while on loan especially sinking Raith Rovers 🤣🤣 I wish him all the best for the future
  17. I do like the PPV for away games that I would no be going to and as others have said if they are to far away but I would much rather be at the game.
  18. That's quick we just finished last night
  19. Once again thanks for your support tonight and through the season. We’ll see you again next season @TMPfoto
  20. I have to agree about Rooney and the sad thing is we have never replaced him and that is why we have struggled the last few seasons. A good effort tonight from the players after all the extra games.
  21. It seems that we are going to have a big support, I am not able to go to Perth tomorrow night so will be watching the game on TV. To all fans going to the game enjoy the great occasion and I hope the team put on a good performance and beat the Saints!
