Season Tickets - the answer...
Just the age limit to clarify then? Under 16 or under 15?

Season tickets for next season
Thanks for pointing that out Don. Not so easy to take in at first or even second glance though. I see form another thread on the ICT on the pitch forum that there is also still confusion over Young Blues discounts.

Season Tickets - the answer...
The CC leaflet also says on the back that Young Blues are under 15 years of age. This seems to be a reduction in age from under 16 last year. As my lad is 15 and if discounts are no longer available to Young Blues then I shall be cancelling my membership of the CC. That's an annual saving of £75 and the club's loss. I've never won anything in the last 10 years anyway. :008:

Season tickets for next season
I have the following two points relative to the announcement of prices and encouraging youngsters: - (1) There is no mention of discounted Young Blues STs. (2) A young person over 15 and under 19 might still be at school and therefore not a student or in full time employment. If they do not have a matriculation card they do not seem to be entitled to concessionary prices. This is a bit harsh if we are trying to get more youngsters along.

Time to get the old...
Certainly the booing at full time was for the performance in the previous 25 minutes or so, but then booing at the end of extra time was largely at Dougie MacDonald's performance in the latter stages.

Time to get the old...
Glad to see little anti-Hearts feelings on here unlike what I experienced in the last week. I think Caley D summed it up best and if I could add what a great pleasure it was to be at a final with no Old Scum involved. No sectarian bile or arrogant swaggering Huns and Tattie Munchers. Hampden was just awash with a party atmosphere (for most of the time anyway except the 25/30 mins when Gretna took over the midfield). There was an absolutely huge sense of relief when Pospisil netted the fourth penalty. Then the place just errupted when Skelton hit the bar with his. :party01: Altogether now, "ALL HIBEES ARE GAYAYAY!!!!!!!"

Riordan off to Celtic
Rearendon is so sick fed up of losing to Caley Thistle that he's had to move away from the Hubs and with skunk heid hair do's just catching on in the east end of Weegieland as well he'll be able to keep his current barnet for a while longer - feckin' Muppet that he is!

Kirin Cup
Hardly surprising is it? Who cares about the Kirin Cup anyway? Hearts V Gretna will be more exciting to watch.

Oh, my aching sides!!
See this wind up from the Jambos kickback website. You'll split your sides even more.

European Push!
All immaterial because after Hearts result against the Tattie Munchers today they should surely beat the Seagulls on Wednesday to clinch second spot. So the Huns will finish second and Gretna will take the second UEFA Cup slot.

Charlie Christie
To be honest, I feel that Charlie has had more influence as a manager from the dug out than Brewster ever did. We tended to do better when Brewster was on the park. That is now proving to be the case at United as well. As said by others time will tell with Charlie, but he has a steady right hand man in Donald Park who also had more respect from the players than Robbo. I also can't believe that this subject has been raised again given that we are on course for yet another improvement on the season before. So I feel now is not the time to debate the merits or other wise of Charlie. Give the man a chance. Also consider the 10 or 11 years of steady progress. Apart from Gretna with silly money behind them, what club in Scotland can boast year on year improvement. If our fan base had increased in similar strides we should now be getting crowds of 12 to 15,000 in a stadium that size to boot.

Scotland Squad announced
Absolute b*ll*cks Jailender. It was the second rate defence in front of him (Virgo and Berra) that let him down, plus a wicked deflection. It wouldn't have happended if Munro and Dods had been playing. Plus Mark hasn't missed an SPL game all season and hasn't given cause to be dropped. Whereas Marshall was dropped after one game. As for some of the rest of the squad, what a fecking disgrace. As well as Marshall, Ian Murray and Steven Caldwell can't get a game for their clubs and Gary Naysmith has just recently returned from long term injury. The anti-Highland bias at SFA HQ hasn't really gone away. It just goes to show that the Futures game up here was just a patronising gesture and the picking of our players and a token C***ty one were only designed to get folk to turn up. Otherwise the crowd would have been nearer 500 than 5000. Walter Smith can just stew in his own juice once the Euro Qualifiers go pear-shaped for his squad.

Who is going to the funeral next Saturday?
Sorry, I refuse to go on account of not giving them my money for the fourth time this season (3 league games and one League Cup tie). Two league games a season down there is my limit and the same goes for Dumpfamland.

Setanta proposal - more ICT games?
Mmmm, only two live games featuring us this season and both at home against each of the Old Scum. I wouldn't hold my breath for any more than that, but a few away games would be nice, especially as we are unable to get to all of them.

Player of the year awards
We were given voting slips at the North Stand turnstiles, but then went looking for a pen and a box to deposit slips into and could see neither. :( :(

Intertoto Cup Draw
I hate to put a damper on things, but I've put money on Hearts to clinch second place and win the cup. This would mean Gretna taking a UEFA Cup spot and the Huns to take the other one. Hibs will be lucky to finish fourth.
