Rory!!!! giz a break Scotty, Deano is as good as away, Brew has been trying to sign a new front player, that tells me that he aint got much confidence in Rory making it. The defence to me is looking a bit threadbare, need decent cover there, midfield as you say is looking like it needs an injection of new blood. Anyway, maybe Brew / Grassa will surprise us.

I dont think either Rory or Richie Hart have much chance of a first team game, Rory has had numerous chances to prove himself and failed, Richie has obviously been told he wont get a new contract and is free to go to another club. Midfield seems to be well covered but the defence could do with a bit of cover for sure, Might have said before but i dont think Mcguire is the final solution, we could do with someone with a bit more Dods type physique.

Just a wee memory of an Inverness select playing Celtic not long after they won the european cup? maybe 68' ? but first 'proper Caley game was to stand in the Howden end to see Alan Presslie score a fantastic header, with Chic Allan & Dave Johnston in that team is was great times, the crowds were also quite large, or it seemed that way to a nipper. -
Looks like he wants a wee bit more dosh, thats all. Cant see any 'bigger' teams coming looking for him, could be the Marius effect kicking in.

George 'hands' Stewart is my neighbour and is doing fine, he still manages to control traffic in the avenue, stopped me at the end of the driveway last friday when the Bin lorry went past.. his hands were not quite a blur but used his native 'wicker' tongue to good effect.

Well i left at half time and we were 4-0 up, Including a hat trick from Bayne, TMFTJ is compiling a report and will no doubt have it online very soon. We had a pretty strong team out, starting with Denzil and Bayne up front,Marcus, Barry, Hart and Vigurs in the middle...so we should do well...anyway Don will fill the rest in.

I think you should give Rossco a wee bit of credit, that he made himself space and was that far forward at that stage of the game chasing an equaliser needs acknowledgement. Burke got past him a couple of times, and he made Burke turn back a few more, so he did well, not MOM in my mind but the guys effort can never be questioned.

I was brought up in Glenburn Drive, and always remember the lights at Drummond road/culduthel road junction, used to walk to Gordons garage ( Muirfield svce station) for sweets and juice, so they were there in the early sixties for sure. There was a set of lights at the top of church street, a set at the bottom of castle street, and a set at Inglis street, the ones at tomnahurich street make it five going by my memory, but then i'm younger than you lot...
