  1. i feel absolutely over the moon by this interview and i dont care what the spl or sfa decide to do to him he has spoken his voice and would hope that fans from other clubs can hear this and take this on board for the backing to a protest against this idea of reconstruction and the thing im liking here is that terry is a rangers legend at yet he isnt biased to see that the old firm are the bully boys here
  2. sorry what i meant was that the sun showed that there was still dissent against the plans by us and also kilmarnock who say they havent changed there minds like thompson
  3. i dont think it is clear cut and that doncaster has counted his chickens to early we all know that george fraser was against them while the others must have folded but on in the sun yes not the best factual paper in the world but it claims that killie did vote and that michael johnson is admarent that he hasnt changed his mind and now the bbc look to show that it is clear cut i think doncaster has been spinning it to show to keep quiet about dissent http://www.thesun.co...948/U-Turn.html http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_prem/9365459.stm
  4. i Know this wont happen for a while but the best way to get the atmosphere up is to build a stand along the west side, doesnt have to be big but then any noise may then be held within the ground as we have 4 stands and pop the singers next to the away fans in this new stand like at other grounds for instance st mirren park ibrox, celtic park where the hardcore singing fans sit close to the away fans but anyway that wont happen so all we can do is get more fans singing. the whole reason about home advantage is that the home team have more fans it is not worth playing at home if the away team with less numbers can make more noise than 2 or 3000 home supporters
  5. its not about arguing which stand criticizes the team it is about making some noise that will inspire the boys to win at home. They are proffesionals so i dont think criticise is the cause for our poor home record but i think we can do more to generate more of an atmosphere at home that will make it a fortress and we can win more games
  6. in a realistic world i would like to keep both but i think a lot of rooneys goal draught is down to the fact that we are missing hayes not all of it but the majority and i think adan did create more with hayes in the team. I think adam is a vastly improved striker and can get better but he isnt the finished article and so i think hayes is more important
  7. happy with that i think a lot of motherwells pressure in the second half was helped by having the wind at there backs. Good point but i want to see what the travelling faithfull make of rooney with then saying he looked disinterested in the second half
  8. foran missed a great chance to score from what they said on the radio rooney isnt making the runs he did in the first half
  9. i just think that there would be more on rooney if he was going to leave and if he was going to another spl side. Terry hasnt said anything on it in recent days while they interviewed mixu and he said that sammon is likely to leave
  10. The thing is that there is a lot in the media about sammon leaving killie but there is nothing about rooney having any talks with hibs i dont know
  11. sanchez on the bench again i thought he was in a good position to start today
  12. from what the P&J says it could be that terry may not need to sell to get new players in he said we are trying desperately to get new faces in and we will have to see if we need to sell meaning there is no garentee we would have to http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/Article.aspx/2087255
  13. not great would have prefered a draw but thats life motherwell now have one game in hand over us so we need to do well on sat and united have 3 games in hand so we need to pick up form and hope they drop points in there games in hand
  14. If Rooney leaves we really will need to replace him with someone. aye. I said Saturday! obviously we need a striker to replace Rooney! Barrowloads? now that isnt even funny
  15. well i hope he stays but i doubt he will so looks like we need a replacement. sigh sigh sigh sigh sigh i know we werent going to keep hold of him in the long term but i thought he may have stayed a little longer and maybe pushed a bigger move
  16. well 1 or 2 grounds aint the problem here as long as they can get into our ground then thats fine away from home the atmosphere is great so we dont need drums just at home we need something to make some noise
  17. yeah i agree with top 6 where did the drums go. someone said that they rather sing than have a loud noise of the drums but if no one else is singing what is point when the drums may help raise the atmosphere
  18. just think it may help and if the players do not like having people pelting them with abuse then the drums would drown that out. I was watching the video when we were champions when we won back in 2004 and i remember the atmosphere was great the problems have statred because we built the stands and took the terracing away. Cant moan tho as we need the stands to compete in the spl but i know it aint been a problem from the start of us in 94. The problems really have been since we built the stands
