Indeed. According to Dodds we've been unlucky for 11 games and if only we had got an early goal we'd be pumping teams 4-0. He said the 2nd half yesterday we were 'excellent'. Granted we weren't terrible but if conceding a goal and scoring nothing is excellent well he's clearly in la la land.

So nothing confirmed? Is it the pitches by IRA / Rollerbowl thing? Hopefully that comes off.

What is it he's done? I'm not doubting your sincerity but what is it exactly? In general terms he's presumably helped steer the club through Covid and that's to be commended. Maybe he's moved mountains and brought in hundreds of thousands of investment (and as is standard the fans will be in the dark). I dunno and I don't recall seeing anything about all the great work behind the scenes. So I'm happy to hear about them.

Scot Gardiner and backroom staff - Is a big clear out required? Issue is obviously way bigger than just Dodds...
I don't really disagree with anything you've said but we shouldn't be forking out more money on an another 'manager' when apparently we have an SLO, a CEO, a Director of Sport, a Commercial Director, a board of Directors plus obviously other admin staff and the on pitch management. There's probably more that I'm not aware of. That's not even mentioning the plethora of other hangers on who seem to mill around the main stand on match day doing who knows what. Yet not one is capable of making an even half arsed (let alone meaningful) effort of some kind of regular engagement with supporters (or The Trust) apparently. Can't even be bothered replying to queries or typing out the minutes of meeting that happened months and months ago. I have had regular emails regarding £120 hospitality though 👍. It's quite frankly ridiculous.

ICTWFC
The news that the club formerly Thistle Girls will be folded into ICT is great news particularly given the background to the situation. If ICT properly support this (and I've no reason to suggest they won't) then it's brilliant news for both ICT and girl's football in the city. 🙌

Well there's no way BD will resign, he doesn't see any reason to. According to him, 'things conspired against us' 'we played some good football' 'it's just the way it's going' 'they all know their jobs' also effectively saying that we should count ourselves lucky that the heads didn't go down to then lose by 3 or 4. I honestly think he must be watching a different game than the one I did from the North Stand.

I've been complaining about people's roles, responsibilities and communication since I contacted the club on October the 28th 2020 and still await any kind of acknowledgement or reply.

The way our club communicate and interact with fans the fact is we'll never know. I don't expect weekly updates on what eveyone is doing but emails and questions go unanswered and we literally get nothing from the club. I like Robbo but it reeks of jobs for the boys and it just seems like much of the senior management of the club are a clique and there's no oversight.

I take it we sacked the much trumpeted sports video analysis guy that we brought in cos it doesn't seem to do fk all good. We appear to have as many managers, assistants and sports directors as we do players.

- Media silence or broken phones?
Agreed. The club's communication and engagement with fans has certainly been pretty variable over the past decade or so but I do feel that since Scot Gardiner has come to post it's been atrocious, starting with the Pixalot debacle.- Billy Dodds
I assumed he was referring to our run at the start of the season. None of which were particularly convincing wins but yeah I suppose looking at the whole season we should be grateful for one wholly good performance from twenty four.- Billy Dodds
I'm not convinced there were massive positives. We scraped most our wins which is fair enough but we never won convincingly or really performed well.- Inverness CT -V- Morton - Preview

If it wasn't for a gig at the Ironworks I'd definitely be heading over. Hopefully a few hundred make it.- Dunfermline -V- Inverness CT - Preview
Yes in June last year. Leading the scouting, developing the ladies team, developing training facilities at Ft George, improving fan experience, fan focus group (lol). All well and good but I'd like to maybe hear what's actually happening with any of these or indeed anything else 🤷♂️ As far as I'm aware of the things above this season we've got two loan players (presumably from scouting) and let the young team use the west stand (as an improvement to their fan experience). That's about it. Maybe there's a heap of other things happening and being planned but as is standard ICT perhaps we're not deemed important enough to be in the loop. Robbo is a nice bloke who is well known and liked locally plus the vast majority of fans relate to him well but he's been virtually anonymous for the last 7 months as far as I can see. However maybe it's just yet another symptom of our woeful communication but I would think he'd be one of the best people to be resolve that.- Dunfermline -V- Inverness CT - Preview

Hopefully go some way to pay Gardyne's wages while he browses tinder.- Festive gesture
So your Christmas gesture was to sell it? 🤣 Hope they at least got a festive discount lol. - Media silence or broken phones?
