Christ, where to start....... For a kick off, there was about 13 people who booked on the supporters bus to Morton. Not enough to run it. As for your statement about their being plenty of people wanting to go - why did only a minibus run if that was the case? Secondly, the supporters bus has been running sice the club formed. It isn't a new thing. Quite why you have taken 16 years to turn around and say it isn't advertised enough is, quite frankly, astounding. The bus is advertised in the program, and up until not so long ago, was announced over the tannoy at home games. As I said to your mate, the job is up for grabs, why not grab it?

Who mentioned anything about anybody being banned from the bus? The supporters bus gets a lot of unjustified stick on this site. A 45 minute stop in Perth is adequete enough time for a few pints and it always gets to the ground in plenty of time. As for the lack of 'craic', a lot of older supporters use the bus as a means of getting to the games so the 'craic' isn't probably what you're going to be hoping for. Other comments on this thread highlight exactly why some folk wouldn't be welcome on it.

The comsumation of alcohol is prohibited and can leave you with a fine of up to ?1000 if caught. Anyway, I know a few of the online clique wouldn't be welcome on the supporters bus.

If the young ones are playing at home then these will not be used. However the majority of the time they use coaches and these lie dormant for most of the weekend. Maybe a chance for the club to make a few extra pennies aswell as improving club/supporters relationships and also creating a better atmosphere for the away team on Saturday. A WIN WIN situ.
