Seem to recall a few on here saying they saw Morais and Imrie in Love2Love the night we got relegated and they were absolutely beeling by the fact. I don't have a problem with it personally. They've as much right to go out after a game and enjoy themselves as we do. Win, lose or draw.

Not too concerned about the result. It's only a friendly, to be honest we haven't exactly set the heather on fire so far in pre-season.

Perhaps I wasn't clear before - I'm talking about Airdrie Utd, Ayr United, Morton etc. These teams were mince. The teams you mention certainly aren't in the same bracket. To have them in the same bracket is foolish and ill-informed.

50% of the teams we're gonna play this season are also mince The teams you speak of are clearly going to be of a higher standard than the ones we played against last season. A higher standard of mince if you will. Marks and Spencers mince.

We'll finish 9th or 10th. I think some folk are a tad blinded by the fact that 50% of the teams we played last season were absolute mince.

With respect, the Kille game would have been a lot closer if it wasn't for our marauding French left back at the time. Agree about the walkover part though, no matter how keech the likes of St Mirren are, what with them buying nearly the entire Cowdenbeath team, there won't be any easy games.

Mackay-Steven looked to be limping as he went off last night. Does anyone know how long he is on trial for? Appearently he is quite injury prone.

I think he might actually have a few full caps from friendlies. Played 4 or 5 times for the full team. I remember reading he saved a pen v Italy. *Checks Wikipedia* Yep, but NI lost 3-0.

It's common knowledge that Tuffey is the best 'keeper in the league. He saved Partick from a few pastings this season. Twice against ourselves.

Yeah, he's definately not playing tomorrow. I saw him down at the stadium earlier and he confirmed it. It's the injury he sustained on Saturday.

It's quite amusing how the County fans I know say we play ugly long ball football. Your statement above is along the lines of my reply to them. Some of the stuff we have played this season has been superb, and we have absolutely destroyed teams. You can't get thorugh to them though.

Feel free to correct me but I'm pretty certain Rankin had a year left on his current contract and Gardyne currently has 2. That's the point I was trying to make, obviously not very well. A player on a longer contract usually commands a higher fee. My point about them being different players stands however.

He is under contract at County until 2012 and is in the running for player of the year. Of course County should hold out for ?250k. They don't need the money so aren't exactly going to let him go for a ?75k bid are they? Compairing the sales and abilities of Rankin and Gardyne against each other is foolish. Two completely different players and in two completely different contractual circumstances.

Yeah, this is exactly what you need for an assault on the SPL - 1st Division players. The only one mentioned who is SPL class is Gardyne. He would cost at least ?250k. Bob Harris is ******* rubbish. The Charlie Mulgrew of the SFL. Can take take a wicked free-kick, can't defend for toffee.
