  1. I personally believe there isn't enough swearing and allegations in our fans chants. Our songs are too soft. We need to have songs that taunt rivals about horrific things that have happened to their club or individuals connected to said club.
  2. I might go if I can be arsed.
  3. How many has he scored for ICT? 35 roughly?
  4. At least we can concentrate on the league now.
  5. Settle down! Don't understand why Peterhead have suddenly become world beaters who are playing (and have been for a while now) at a standard of football way below their ability. Hamilton are a significantly better side than Peterhead. Don't get carried away after Tannadump my friend, there are many battles to come and Saturday will be one of them. Indeed. Peterhead are in the 2nd division for a reason. If we can't beat them at home comfortably, there's something far wrong.
  6. Cool story, bro.
  7. The 'Argrentina' chants were quite clearly directed at Terry Butcher for being a former England international. As was the half German, half Argentinian flag in the away end.
  8. I'm going to try and get barred within half an hour of being there for shouting obsenities.
  9. Eric has to start in my opinion, he's been electric so far. Esson McCann Tokely Munro Gillet Cox Duncan Hayes Odhiambo Foran Rooney
  10. Does anyone else think a bar in the ground will help improve the noise? Folk a tad more intoxicated tend to be more vocal.
  11. He needs to hit the gym to build up his upper body a bit, he's very small up top. Very good player though. Good dribbling skills.
  12. I'd be very surprised, and delighted, if we finish any higher than 10th.
  13. It's pretty common knowledge that Tuffey was the best keeper in the league last year. At least according to the 10 managers of the division. I would have had Esson as a very close second. However, Esson should still be number 1 as, as someone said, Butcher won't just drop Esson when someone of a similar standard joins the club. I was actually saying at the game yesterday, when do you ever see 2 goalkeepers of such high quality (SPL terms) at the same club? Think we're pretty much sorted in that department. Edit - I suppose Rangers have in McGregor and Alexander. But for a club of our stature, it's pretty satisfying.
  14. I was at the 3-2 game in August 2000 in the League Cup. If memory serves we were second best that day.
  15. Quite baffled by the lack of David Bingham in peoples squad. He played a major part in us reaching the SPL first time round. Almost single handedly winning us a lot of games that season. Anyway - Brown Tokely Mann Dods Hastings Wilson Bingham Rankin Hayes Stewart Wyness Subs - Esson Teasdale Robson Foran Niculae
  16. Dave Bingham for me, He was magic that one season he was here.
  17. He's a little wide-o. Or however you spell it.
  18. Seem to recall a few on here saying they saw Morais and Imrie in Love2Love the night we got relegated and they were absolutely beeling by the fact. I don't have a problem with it personally. They've as much right to go out after a game and enjoy themselves as we do. Win, lose or draw.
  19. Indeed. Too many folk on here thinking staying up will be a stroll. It'll be anything but.
  20. Not too concerned about the result. It's only a friendly, to be honest we haven't exactly set the heather on fire so far in pre-season.
  21. Perhaps I wasn't clear before - I'm talking about Airdrie Utd, Ayr United, Morton etc. These teams were mince. The teams you mention certainly aren't in the same bracket. To have them in the same bracket is foolish and ill-informed.
  22. 50% of the teams we're gonna play this season are also mince The teams you speak of are clearly going to be of a higher standard than the ones we played against last season. A higher standard of mince if you will. Marks and Spencers mince.
  23. We'll finish 9th or 10th. I think some folk are a tad blinded by the fact that 50% of the teams we played last season were absolute mince.
  24. With respect, the Kille game would have been a lot closer if it wasn't for our marauding French left back at the time. Agree about the walkover part though, no matter how keech the likes of St Mirren are, what with them buying nearly the entire Cowdenbeath team, there won't be any easy games.
