  1. That's probably the best post I've ever read. On any football messageboard.
  2. A lot of Morton fans getting the 0706 train from Queen Street. Could be a sore one for them.
  3. Dumpweed by Blink 182 should get the team and crowd going.
  4. John Robertson was in The Sun yesterday tipping the final to be ICT v Celtic.
  5. We better make sure we aren't 'outnumbered' by the away support for the second round in a row.
  6. So pubs can keep you in after midnight in the knowledge you will have to stay there, lining their pockets, and can't go anywhere else but home. I'd say it was common knowledge that 1 or 2 of the big cheeses of pub ownership in Inverness were very much behind the 12 o'clock curfew remaining.
  7. Cheating is definately the way to go. Cheeky dives and holdings of the face should get us a few more free-kicks/penalties.
  8. I think it's fair to say there is more positive support for the players away from home due to the fact they play better away from home. Our home form has been nothing short of horrific this season and I think some of the critisism directed at the players is totally warranted.
  9. It's Stenhousemuir or Threave Rovers v Stranraer then Stenhousemuir/Threave Rovers/Stranraer v Motherwell.
  10. There was clearly over 3000 at the game on Saturday. All crowds would have been declared lower across the country.
  11. Jamie's a great lad and a talent. Was talking him at half time at McDiarmid Park last week. He said he was on a scouting mission but I knew fine he was supporting the lads as well.
  12. Apparently Elgin have players who would 'walk into the ICT side'.
  13. I totally agree. However it will never happen unless the SFA is overhauled completely and new foreign coaches come in to teach the Scottish ones how to coach properly. Much like France did when they failed to qualify for USA '94.
  14. If you aren't performing to an acceptable standard, you need to be advised. It's the case in any profession. I'm sure Butcher told them last night. They do need to be reminded though sometimes.
  15. I stand corrected. He should have been for the challenge I mentioned.
  16. As Top 6 says, we were never winning this game purely down to the fact that Killie are on a trememdous run at the moment and don't look remotely close to losing. That said, I thought we were still below average (although an improvement on Sunday). Once again Cox got a silly booking early on and couldn't do anything the rest of the game defensively incase of a second yellow. He should have actually received a second yellow for a late challenge on Kelly (I think). I was going to start a new thread on my other point but I'll see the kind of response I get here - We know Hayes picked up his ankle injury after turning awkwardly on the indoor astro at the HFA. Now I know a chap who is close to Foran and apparently he is also injured, as are a few other first teamers and 2 youths are out for a couple of months, all after training on it. Now call me paranoid, but is it not a tad coincedental that we give our 2 worst performances of the season after a session or 2 at that particular facility? With Foran looking very sluggish?
  17. T'was a bad day at the office. St Mirren played better than us on the day and won the game. You draw a line under it and move on to tonights game.
  18. Indeed. Too many folk on here and at the games more concerned with the behaviour of others than the game itself. Every club has people who follow it who may not be 'PC' if you like. We're no different. I know a few personally who like to shout and swear at games, myself included (although the majority is directed at the ref and the opposing players), it's the norm at games and it isn't going to go away. If you don't like difference of opinion or shouting and swearing at games, football really isn't for you.
  19. You've used your 1 game a season quota up early this year son.
  20. It's kind of a reverse of the DUFC game - no snow down there but plenty up here. If the team and fans can't get down, the game will be off.
