  1. I'm a central belter and although I'd love to try and play I cant. If there is anything other than playing I can do i would be happy to help. If not I will attend on the night and offer 100% unbiased support to both teams, C'mon the central belters
  2. My condolences and thoughts go to the mans family. I was at the game and feared the worst at the time but didn't want to post anything on here in case the family hadn't been informed. I had really enjoyed the match today but the game and result pales into insignificance and makes you appreciate the important things in life.
  3. It took so long to get my question posted that it was answered before it was on the screen
  4. Who did Ross replace? They didn't say on the radio
  5. My condolences to you and your family Laura, It's always sad to hear such news. Nothing anybody can say can take away the hurt but I'd like to say that the quick passing away is honestly a blessing.
  6. Would the condition of the pitch be affected? I remember when Fir Park was being used every week when it was sharing and the pitch ended up in a terrible state because there wasn't enough time for it to recover during the winter time. I know our grounds men are terrific but would they be able to keep it in good and playable condition?
  7. Thought that a bit more interest would have been shown than this, hoped he might have been a good signing but looks like nobody else agrees.Oh well, hope your all wrong.
  8. A lovely going away present from Mr Davis, respect to the man for that.
  9. Apologies if this has been posted before and I've missed it but according to the SPL site we have signed the above on loan from Wolvestill the end of the season. I cant post a link to it though.

  11. Now I'm offended,Cumbernauld? Thats the sh*t hole of the world I'm within walking distance of Motherwell and Hamilton.
  12. Excuse me, As a lanarkshire boy I resent the accuracy of your statement Sir.
  13. It's an open all mikes type program covering the games.
  14. Ive got MFR in the central belt
  15. Just to prove that ICT do get coverage down here, here is todays news. Enjoy. http://www.dailyreco...86908-23601663/
  16. Couldn't find any sign of this on here, or on the official site, so I thought I'd try and post a link to an item in todays central belts copy of the Daily Record. Terry has warned the defence, with the exception of Tokely, that they have five weeks to save their skin or face the axe in January. Hope the link works coz I'm terrible with computers. http://www.dailyreco...86908-23599314/
  17. I'm willing to bet that the victim in this article http://www.thesun.co...rticle46177.ece didn't do a "Samaras" and go down like a sack of spuds.
  18. Today was the second time I've heard the green brigade/crowd staying quiet. It was weird. Don't remember hearing them at all in the first half.
  19. I also liked the one "smile for the camera see you in court" Ive got a picture of it but i'm not sure how to post it
  20. As I've mentioned before my over 80yr old dad has supported Hamilton Accies most of his life. He's disabled and I take him to the the occasional Accies game when he feels fit. He wanted to go tonight so I took him to the Accies v Staggies game at NDP. I have never seen Ross County play and was completely neutral and enjoyed most of the match. Accies scored in the first minute with an Imrie dive in the box which resulted in a penalty. Reasonable game with end to end stuff and a lot of commitment and the first have flew by and ended after what seemed 5mins. Second half was totally different and Ross county were the better team for most of the half they won 2-1. Grant Munro had a good game and I know most people on here hate Ross County, but as a neutral I quite enjoyed watching them both play, mostly good football and a bit of slack play but honestly it was a good night. My question to you is if you were in my shoes who would you want to win? Bet it would be mostly Accies. I counted 36 Ross County fans which I suppose for a tues night wasn't to bad.
  21. I've got good vibes about todays result.
  22. Book me in fer a double voddie and coke please. Ok, you're pencilled in at the top of the drink list.
  23. Despite the result I enjoyed the game, It was a lovely sunny day, the pitch looked terrific, I was so happy to have my bum in a seat watching a live game. Both halves seemed to fly by and I don't remember any part of the game being that boring. I saw loads of positive and some negative parts to the match , It was game one in a long season and I'm pretty sure we will improve in all aspects very quickly. I'm not a betting man but I placed my first ever bet last week, It was ?10 for us finishing in the top six and I still feel confident that I'll be collecting at the end of the season. When I do I'll be more than happy to blow my winnings and buy some of the more positively minded members a drink..
  24. I'll be there plus one but although I luv a drink I don't drink during the day. I should make an exception as It's the first game of the season. I'll see how it goes on Sat.
