  1. Ha ha forgot it was a Fri night match.
  2. I don't think mobile phones existed in IHEs school days. The people using their phones will be the ones making the most noise at the match so can hardly lecture them, best of luck using the phone lights at 20 past 4 ish.
  3. I would call it a good addition, Richie and Mo have worked together for years now. Mo has to buy the fish suppers if it's 3 points at Rugby Park
  4. Back to work training programme. If anyone is out of work, have they ever thought of getting a job as a referee, there must be a serious shortage of candidates. http://www.deadlinenews.co.uk/2017/04/18/willie-collum-david-mcgeachie-land-glamour-europa-league-clash-just-days-motherwell-v-inverness-controversy/
  5. Welcome back, were you on holiday in Inverness.
  6. I think all we can do just now is keep backing the team. Here's an example, County Away Scottish cup match. Going a goal down in the 93rd minute. The fans got louder and backed the team to the very end, regardless of the outcome. (Que Derek Adams tantrum) We don't really have a lot of options tbh. Same manager, different manager, no manager, our team still needs the support. Time of goal scorers in match vvvvv Rocco Quinn (49) Iain Vigurs (85) Richard Brittain (90+3) Billy Mckay (30) Richie Foran (74) Richie Foran (95) Starting Lineup
  7. If we score one more goal then the Motherwell fans will be our 12th Man
  8. When you think of the goal scoring capabilities of 8+ of the players picked for the team and the new found strength in defence then you may well be right.
  9. Just for a bit of clarity being 4 points behind the team above us won't be the most important game in our history but the match that keeps us up might be.
  10. Players need to think about their best goal, their best pass, their best block, (cant do best hand ball as Josh isn't available) and their best game at Fir Park, going into this one.
  11. Doubt it tbh but it could be a great turning point.
  12. Thursday would be a good day for the team to do something different to get away from the football blah blah.
  13. Sounds to me like the club haven't given up on retaining their place in the SPFL.
  14. Win and we're almost back in the mix. Loose and ironically we will start winning games as the pressure will be off because the Gap is too big.
  15. What you mean like and old firm Hogmanay derby.
  16. I havent voted but Macnaughton and Doran fit into the Dean Brill category. Excellent players but high risk due to repeat injury.
  17. The sending off completely changed the game. We controlled the match well and played more of a passing game yet St Johnstone had a couple of clear cut chances in front of goal, so we were pretty fortunate not to get turned over today. The opposition also struggled to keep their own passes on the park for spells of the game. After going a goal down, other results were going our way and a draw looked to be on the cards but after the sending off St Johnstone woke up and played some really good football, by the time the second goal went in we struggled to even get the ball back. Charlie Christie used to take the players away to do different activities. Maybe it's what's needed prior to our next away trip. Whether it's a family day out at Landmark or a rib ride at Cromarty, just something that's a wee break away from the game prior to heading down the road.
  18. Hamilton had a gate of 1662 against St Johnstone. Under 16s go free would be good for our last two games
  19. It would be good not to suggest that we have over performed. That we have done far better than we should have done. Our club seem to be pretty canny with the pennies, as opposed to wasting it needlessly, so comparing us to a club who has a higher gate but squanders the cash may not be a good comparison. We haven't got going yet and I know that the players can do far better. As individuals they can be pretty good but together they can be fearsome opponents. Belief wins matches.
  20. Naw that's Rod Stewart doing the cup draw.
  21. Post split fixture dates. 29th April, 6th May, 13th May, 16-17th May, 20th May. 6th May Championship last match. Playoffs Spfl qf 10th & 13th Spfl sf 17th & 20th Spfl f 25th May & 28th May
