Nice to see OFW has joined the forum...

Your very wide of the truth here I'm afraid.
OFW hasn't refused to play at all it's the other way around John Robertson is refusing to play OFW and would rather keep leaking goals like the titanic than play OFW, the fact that JR hasn't given him a shirt this season, didn't want him on the Team Photo and also makes him train every day by himself points the unprofessional attitude in one direction and I'm afraid that's the manager.
Hes on no where near £2k a week in fact there is Eastleigh players in the English National League currently playing in there first team on nearly double the amount OFW is currently on at ICT.
If OFW had his way he would be playing and be giving 100% to the course to get this club back in the Premiership.
It begs the question ... what has a player done to initiate that kind of response from a manager?

As for OFW, I honestly can't blame him for spending this season sitting on his posterior this season
Really? What if it was you yourself that had to pay his wages?

Good to see Warren back. OFW not even on bench.
-
Maybe he feels he needs more bench-warming experience at club level ... to enhance his chances of the bench-warming berth for Wales

OFW not even on bench. If he is fit, he remains an expensive drain on our meagre funds. Hope he uses this weekend frozen out of the Wales set-up to seriously ponder where his career is headed.

Mind you, I don't know how that sells himself to other clubs as a model pro.
Absolutely!!

What is OFW up to? At the Q&A session Robbo said that OFW had received several offers but has turned them all down. Seemingly he wants a move to the States. He has been asked to play for us on a couple of occasions but apparently picked up injuries in training the days before. He had however told the Welsh management that he was fit for the World Cup qualifiers. (Robbo kept a straight face when telling us this - well, almost). It now turns out that he's not been selected for the squad!
FFS. If he wants to be choosy about a contract and if he wants to play for his country, then he needs to prove on the park that he is worth it. If he is not playing, then he'll be lucky to be offered a contract any better than Ridgers has got with us. Currently, that is more than he deserves.
Hopefully reality will hit home for him soon before he costs us too much more. What a melt!

Probably in response to some of the utterly disgraceful abuse he seemed to be getting from our supporters who seem perfectly capable of dishing out abuse to players yet seem incapable of getting behind the team at any point during a match.
Fair enough. I didn't hear it but can imagine.

Polwarth looked poor, mainly anonymous as the game passed him by and didn't really get into it.
I disagree somewhat. He threatened in the first half and had good effort on goal, well saved. A bit more wasteful in second half maybe and seemed to petulantly gesture to bench/stand when he misplaced a pass which was a bit disappointing.

Encouraging first 20 minutes. Pretty awful thereafter.
Yet again abysmal officiating.
Yes, could have been 3 up after 20 mins. After that, could have played on until midnight without another ICT goal. Our defence lived a seriously charmed life in the 2nd half. In the end, fortunate to have a draw. We were dreadful in second half.

Makes interesting reading. First time I have seen the actual number of season tickets (1453) made public, not a particularly impressive figure but hardly surprising. Statement is well written and contains a number of commitments, some of which we have heard before but hopefully will be followed through this time.
I wonder if 1453 includes or excludes under-12 season tickets that are free of charge with an accompanying adult season ticket-holder. Disappointingly low either way I suppose.

Looking at the "highlights" above, Ridgers actually made one or two decent saves ... we could have suffered an even heavier defeat. The Pars were like a hot knife through our butter defence.

And with Brechin's equaliser against Livi we are set to go bottom tonight

Again, do you think he would have made those comments had it not been for our statement saying he requested a transfer acting like he instigated the move?
Regardless, a lot of what he says is sadly true.Do you really know for absolutely sure that he didn't instigate the move? I don't see anything particularly wrong with the club statement.

I've tried to stay ambivalent about the Draper move but his interview here really sticks in the throat. Would have been nice to see a bit more loyalty from the players who dropped us in the doo-doo to fight to get us back up ... and by the way let's not market the new season kit through pictures of former player(s). Get the ICT FC website/ FB page updated pronto!

A friendly but Marley Watkins scored an absolute belter here at 1 mins 18 secs of this YouTube video in his debut for Norwich City against Premiership bound Brighton. Respectable 1-1 draw.

Sorry cannot agree. We
arewere an established top flight club and need to be in the top division. We cannot afford to become another Dunfermline, St Mirren or Falkirk floating around the second tier, we must aim high and that means going straight back up.Agreed. This season, we have a parachute payment that could give us the edge financially over other championship teams with larger fan bases. Willie Finlayson said himself that we need to make that edge count this year. If we don't, we could be lingering in the Championship for years. I'm just thankful that these Betfred cup games aren't league games counting for valuable Championship points. However, lessons absolutely have to be learned and learned fast.

Andrew Shinnie has signed for League 2 Luton ... is that the best he can do and are we such a bad option that Luton is preferable?

John Baird from Falkirk

Wonder if the new reduction applies to people who had stepped up to the plate and already bought their 17-18 season tickets.
