I'd be more than happy to take a point off the Arabs. On the basis of current form I can't see us taking all three but you never know. An Arabs off day will do nicely thank you.
  3. I see England have distanced themselves from this competition....scared of being humilited d'ya reckon... :symbol_question: :024:
  4. D'ya know, I look forward to the day when ICT get drawn away to Shamrock Rovers in the UEFA Cup and you've all booked your flights to Ireland and booked your hotels etc and then, a week or so before the kick off someone changes the date so those at home can sit down on the fat erses and watch it on TV. I have no problem with live TV footy, really I haven't, but when they change fixtures at sort notice it kind of gets my back up especially if I've made plans to travel. People like Airlines and Hoteliers will not refund your money just because someone from Setanta, Sky or the Beeb et al wants to broadcast the game on a diiferant day. Until the day they come up with a hard fast rule over TV soccer dates I will remain a '1970's old git' and complain when my teams fixture gets moved when I have made plans to travel. Oh...and by the way...... Setanta GTF. You still owe me ?120 from last season's game when you moved it to a Monday night FFS.
  5. Yes... :001: I thought football was a spectator sport not a ruddy TV show.... :004:
  6. 3 p.m. Saturday football for a start. As for sacrifices I reckon I make more of these in support of the team than many others. We don't all live within spitting distance of the ground and some of us have to make travel plans way way way in advance. It kind of pishes me off sometimes when a fixture is moved and I have cancel my trip north. As for looking at the fixtures for possible TV games......Didn't quite work when we played Partick Thistle and Ayr Utd in the Cup did it. Yes, I know that was Sky on those occasions but its the same result.
  7. Quite....total pain in the padded ***. Setanta GTF.

There'll be a lot of lower league clubs in the draw that would really fancy taking us on at the moment and claiming an SPL scalp. Nervous times ahead I fear!

    That's funny....me too! :001:
  10. A very strange decission that and one that could very well turn around and bite us on the erse-
  11. At least we can now look forward to a summer of not listening to those clowns of so called experts mouthing off about England this and England that. Maybe this time around we may actually enjoy the Euro' Championships...then again we'll probably get them drivelling on about "if England had qualified....blah blah". Isn't it a shame though than non of the home International sides have qualified for this competition.
  12. A cracking idea. They should never have been scraped in the first place.

  15. Marius Niculae :023: .....Scott MacDonald is banging in the goals and Hutton is having a good season at the other end.

Many of you already know my feelings towards the SPL and all its 'spin off's' (i e Setanta...... :008:) but, supporting ICT is what I do and what I will continue to do in some shape or form. Cost of entry and the 'entertainment' you get, plus the added bonus of being treated like a lepper by some stewards, really doesn't make it all worth it. After last weeks events against Motherwell I was seriously considering not bothering coming up for the Arabs match (I still am!!) but, know doubt, I will be there in the end. I waste money on Ladbrokes every week so I may as well 'waste' some on ICT too.
  17. Mark Brown... :023:
  18. Maybe we should try it and buy ICT then perhaps we might get things sorted out down Longman way... :023:
  19. Pele - without question.
  20. I have my concerns but I too will reserve judgement until later on when he really has had time to build his own team. After last Saturdays dreadful performance and lack of tacktical know-how and use of subs I am currently not confident. When you travel to support the team as much as me their comes a time when you ask yourself "well, if they can't be bothered why the **** should I?".
  21. Just found last weeks effort... Fanzone 7 Nov
