Even though signing players from county may seem unambitious, most of the players we have signed have done a fairly decent if not a brillient job for ICT so i dont see what the fuss is really.

I dont want to see any gretna or ex gretna players at the TCS. They are rock bottom of the spl and obviously cant cut it. So answer me this, why would inverness want a rubbish teams rejects? Moutinho from falkirk would be a good signing and what about trying to get a loan signing. Mark wilson at celtic is out of favour at the moment i beleive unless he is injured, he could solve the problem at the back for us

I totally agree, if ICT song is going to be caledonia, which i think is a cracking choice, especially if every was singing it on match day, then it should be the frankie miller version as it is more up beet. So, do people agree with the chioce and version of the song? Thoughts!

Well it seems like of all the songs suggested, that caledonia is probably the favourate, why doesnt someone make a petition or something and send it to the club so to make it official. Get the lyrics printed in the programs for a few weeks so people can sing them if they dont know them. We need a song at ICT and i think caledonia is a great one, lets have a bit of enthusiasm about it and get everyone singing it!

With only 2 and a bit days left of the transfer window, and with money avalible from the rankin deal, is there any likelyhood of any incoming players to the club?

I think that if everyone was singing it at every game then it would be fantastic. Its a highland song, i like it!

What the club should have done was to say, rankin is available, he is worth 200k or whatever, come and get him. They shouldnt have said well as long as we get our money back that will be ok. If other spl clubs can sell there players for 2-300K + then why cant we, players like rankin, black, marius, duncan, munro are all worth 200k at least in my opinion as they are established spl players. We get bullied when clubs want our players and we let them go for way under what they are worth.

Just heard that morton are demanding 250K from motherwell for 1 of their playes, jim mcalister i think. If they are wanting that much for a division 1 player then ICT shoud have been wanting 400-500K for rankin. We are not a little club anymore and we should be letting clubs think we are by selling are players for far under there valuation, 110K for rankin, very bad deal by ICT. Our players are worth more than that.

I think some of what morgan said is true, killie are probably a bigger club, they are more establised in the spl afterall. But saying that our aim is to aviod relagation every session is a joke. IVT have not been involved in a relagation scrap, we have been comfortable safe every session. There is no reason why our aim should not be top 6 every session

I still think with the way rankin has been playing this seesion, 70K is still far to low. I dont think CB should let him go for anything less than 100K. Hes worth it

On a different thread, people are discusing how they have been to the last 5 games and ICT have won them all. Well, i have been to 4 ICT v celtic games, the 3-1 win at park head, the 1-0 win at ICT, the 1-1 draw at ICT and the amazing 3-2 win at ICT. So i have seen 4 ICT celtic games and we have never lost. Think Brewster will give me hospitality to the next Celtic game? He better!

If its personal reasons way he is leaving then there is not a lot that can be down about it. But i hope that CB does not let him go for less than what we paid for him. St Mirren have offered 40K, that just laughable. I would sell him for less than 100K

40K for rankin is such a joke. He is worth 3-4 times that and ehy would he want to go to st mirren when ICT are flying at the moment. He would be mad to leave.

I wasnt at the game today but noticed that nicolae was the only striker playing. What formation was CB playing? Was it a 4-5-1 of 4-3-2-1? What ever it was it worked.

If it aint broke, then dont fix it. A 2-0 win against hibs is a good result, and 3 clean sheets in a row i think we should give celtic a good run for there money.

Mark Brown curtianly did a great job in goal for us in his time at ICT and he will certianly be getting my applause when he makes his way up to the bridge end. Hopefully we do get a penalty cos the only way we will miss is if the kick is off target.

Yanturno thats the dude, i know gretna are awful but they would be even worse without him, he seems to be the playmaker and most moves envolve him. Could be a good addition?
