  1. If they beat county and get to the final
  2. LEEDS!!! When did you move? Well no one knows where wakefield is so i just say leeds. Makes more sence than having peolpe saying "wheres wakefield". People know where leeds is! I'll have to find somewhere that will show it or someone with sky that i can take over their living room
  3. I live in leeds and would love to watch this game. Anyone know of any internet sites, links etc?
  4. I see we also have a player that was born in 1870, quite a feat to be still playing a 139
  5. If it aint broke dont fix it. We won 3-0 today so i say play the same team. If there was to be a change then i would like to see rooney on from the start?
  6. Well i am living down in leeds now and my dad is up in inverness and goes to the games. I only get to go 2-4 times a season so he is more in the know than me which is very unusual. BUt i agree with what he says about eric and imrie, when both fit will be a deadly i feel
  7. Very excited. I think Foran and Odhiambo has a good ring to it - like Wyness and Ritchie, or Stewart and McLean...... Me too. I don't know that I'm convinced with Foran but I think Imrie and Odhiambo have the potential to pull defences all over the place and that should create space and opportunity for Rooney (preferably) or Barrowman to start getting on the scoresheet regularly. Once they start scoring and get their confidence going they will score more. Well said
  8. Just read that he has a serious knee injury which could see him out for the season. Very bad news but hope he makes a speedy recovery
  9. Although the tackle featured at the top of this thread is shocking, cringing and malicious, there are worse ones with more malice. Some tackle like the one arsenals edaurdo was involved with was well worthy of a red card there was no malice and was just miss time. In my opinion, the worst tackle ever was Roy Keanes on Alf Inge Haaland. No attempt to get the ball and he only had his knee in mine, i think keane even said that in his autobiography. Disgraceful!
  10. No. It was his feet that were the problem. Well he wont have to use his feet tomorrow as hopefully he will be warming up the bench.
  11. All the fans that i have spoken to all share the opinion that rooney should be starting games. He is probably the sharpest striker we have that can read the game well. I think that when eric is fit again, him and rooney can really terrorize the other teams in the division
  12. I agree with you that some players do get ridiculed harshly at times with barrowman being a prime example, in the 1st division, this could be his time to shine. However, lionel is rubbish and goodness only knows why TB has persisted in playing him. He never looks like wanting the ball and when he gets it he gets rid of it as quickly as possible. His touch is heavy, his reading of the game is truely awful and he tackles like a rugby player. I think the boo's should have been aimed at the management for playing him as he is clearly not good enough so in a way i feel soory for him for being boo'd but he is awful though.
  13. Well it looks like a lot of people agree with me. Lionel is a liability and not good enough for inverness, FACT! However, i dont think booing him is the right way forward. I would have suggested loaning him out however that time has come and gone. Now that golly has returned, lionel will be dropped no doubt and our defense is stronger for that
  14. From previous times i have seen him and on the sounds of todays perfomance he needs to be dropped and hastings needs to come in with immediate effect. He is nothing short of a liability and no where near good enough to wear an inverness shirt. Does anyone disagree?

    SHOCKING!

Unfortunatly (well fortunatly really) i wasnt at the game today but from what my dad told me it was one of the worst performances, if not the worst he has seen. Firstly he said that lionel was a liability and i am not surprised as i have said so many times i dont think he is good enough for a pub team, GET HIM OUT NOW!!!!!!! Secondly he said that the new signings were very poor and no better than the likes of duncan mcbain, infact probably worse so god only knows why they were not playing instead.
  16. Does anyone know as i heard sales were quite good?
  17. As long as we don't play typical 1st division hoof it ball then we will have very good change of going up
  18. Does anyone know how many season tickets have been sold?
  19. Glad to see proctor is staying but zadi isnt even good enough for a pub team! He is the squads weakest link by a country mile!
  20. With the likes of munro, tokley, imrie, foran, duncan, mcbain etc, i think that we mush be 1st or 2nd favourates for promotion anlong side dundee. Ict were too good to go down and ICT are too good for the 1st division
  21. Does anyone who how many have been sold for next season? What sort of average crowd should ict get this season?
  22. I am currently in lincoln at the moment but try and make it up to Inverness when ever i can to watch the footie. With fraser leaving us at the end of the season, we need another goalkeeper to give esson some competition for a first team place. I have seen a few games in lincoln and reserve games to and there is a goalkeeper called ayden duffy who i believe is very good, i have no idea why he is not a 1st team regular. Tall, great shot stopper, controls the box very well, good disribution, he's only 22, and i beleive he is available on a free at the end of the season. I think he could give esson a run for his money. Thoughts?
  23. Although falkirk have a game in hand, they do have to play rangers and celtic who are battling for the title and will be very hard to even get a point against. ICT have st mirren and hamilton at home to come and would hope that would be 6 points and a point against aberdeen would be a good result. When the slipt comes i would hope to be 4-5 points ahead of falkirk. Is this reasonable?
  24. Esson Rossco Pavels Munro Zadi Foran Black Proctor Imrie Rooney Odhiambo Subs: Fraser, hastings, mcbain, morias, Duncan Pace all over the park, rip falkirk to shreads
  25. Pavel definatly got the ball but i think he caught fernandez after he knocked the ball away so great challenge in my eyes so JJ couldnt argue if killie didnt even get a free kick
