I’m afraid both he and you fail to understand what a Trust is supposed to represent………….. for clarity, the fans! What gives the Trust any special rights to be given any information in confidence? Moreover, why is it in confidence??? The Trust bang on about open ness and transparency. Do you think what you describe is acting in that interest??? The Trust are not included in any conversation with the Club / Board to the extent of having any effect. Any info they may get might be to pacify some dissenting voices in order to sell season tickets etc. If you are a Trust member, you would do well to remember that.

You counter your own point!!! What’s the point in telling the Trust, if they dont inform the fan base they claim to represent.? What special right do they have???? They claim to represent the fans , so what they know, the wider fan base should know. If the Trust fears need to be “allayed” as you claim, then as they represent the fans…… all need to know. Nature of the beast I’m afraid !!!!

If they don’t……… they are not acting in the wider interests of the fan base !

If you look at the recent posts from Charles Bannerman and others, you will see that the ST are not in a position to be majority share holders. The Muirfeild consortium, I agree are fragmented within their group, but if push came to shove would unite behind a position. Other share holders do not have a majority sway to influence, unless they got other groups / individuals to align with them. Too many individuals, not enough collaboration.

Totally agree with your post. Isn’t the Manager supposed to manage ????? Given the money he was and is on, the absolute minimum you would expect. He is NOT the right manager for this Club.!!!!

I agree, but there is no majority shareholder. Even the Muirfeild Mills consortium does not speak with one voice. All may have the same, similar or different views ,but they don’t offer anything coherent. Important to get some fan representation through the Trust which is coherent and accountable to those in the stands .

Scot Young also voted for Kelly and has not put any money into the Club like some other directors. He is doing the SLO job, which he surely must know is not something a person in his position should be doing. Other than that…….he,s great! It’s been mentioned that he is reporting to the CEO and the rest of the board who the dissenting voices are from the supporters trust!!!

If you don’t think all are collectively culpable…..Put names to it. Who do you think has done a good job and who hasn’t????? You say some should stay…… Who? Morrison at least put his hand in his pocket to keep the club afloat……… who else has done anything of any value at Director level???
-

The entire board voted for Kelty, all are culpable for the poor decisions over the season. They were only shocked into overturning their poor decision when fans voiced their anger. All need to be replaced by those who will make decisions within the reality of the type of club we are. I hope those types are out there biding their time!!!

Season Tickets + Resignation Confirmation
What has NOT been said……. Is the we HAVE new investors, we HAVE a team in place and we HAVE current / new manager in place to move forward. What is it our season ticket money is paying for. People are right to be cautious given the current and ongoing shambles !!!!!!

Thanks. Interesting to see how he will manage. I assume someone has been recruiting / signing players to start pre-season training next week???.

Is Ferguson still the manager ??. Really can’t see him wanting to coach young developing players given his managerial style so far. I know the Club won’t want to pay him off………. Maybe they are banking on him walking away. Time will tell I suppose. When goes pre season training start?

A couple of new physios were interviewed, but with the expectation they would be living in the central belt due to the team traning in Kelty, that’s how the job was sold to them. Was told that by a medical person connected to the club.

Before any of the things you mention happen, a new buyer or investor will need to be found. This needs to happen very soon. If not the a club will go into administration. The running of the Club then falls to them and they begin paying off creditors etc with the Clubs assets(what ever they are), and seeing if there is any viable business left. My fear is they ask for season ticket money, that pays for whatever …. and we still go bust!

Another example of just how badly run the Club is. If CEO is working his notice, surely that would be one of the issues he should be sorting out. Shambles upon shambles!!!!!!

You’re probably right. Pre season training should begin in a couple of weeks time, so hope someone is busy trying to lure players to the Club. Maybe that’s on hold until a new investor / buyer is found as there is no other money. It will make the time tight to get any new team up and running before the first competitive match.

Where is Ferguson & Bollan right now? Busy securing players for next season in L1????? Or already on to new projects given ICT are in such turmoil?????? Who will be next manger?????? Will there be a team to manage ????
-
Kelty/ Is this a joke - merged thread
He has had 34 games to keep us up, he hasn’t. What cost in keeping him. Can you see him wanting to stat in L1 ????? Bad times ☹️
-
Morrison Resigns
About time too. We appreciate his money and commitment, but sometimes it’s not enough. We need competent people to run our Club.
-
Kelty/ Is this a joke - merged thread
Disagree…….. Ferguson has had 30 games plus 4 playoff games to keep us up as a minimum. ……… He didn’t. GTF, along with Bollan !!!!
-
Our squad next season
We are now only a couple of weeks away from pre season. Any chance of the Club updating who has officially been released and who has been signed or offered deals??????? I know the Chairman has indicated Duncs and I assume Bollan will be in charge, but let’s hear officially. The Chairman despite his love of the Club, did not seem like he knew what was happening!!!!!

Now that the league cup fixtures are announced for 13/14 July, most teams come back for pre season about 4 weeks before that. Gets everyone together, normally a few friendlies with highland league teams etc. That means everyone is due back roughly mid June, which is only a couple of weeks away!!!!!! Training venue still not clear, only a few players under contract, staff unclear as to wether they have employment in Inverness or Fife, no new players (that have been announced), signed up to make a full squad!!! What an absolute shambles this is. I imagine they still have to move the entire footballing side of things down the road……. When is all that happening. Desperate stuff.

Not sure he is skint and money is not I’m sure his motivating factor. Making his way in the managerial world more likely is. I’m sure he could get better money elsewhere, but who else ( other than ICT), would give him a managerial role , particularly after his failure at Forrest green.
