  1. Others may know for sure in terms of what element of staff will remain in Inverness and those needing to be in Fife, but an assumption would be the manager, assistant manager, coaches, physio, sports scientist, kit man etc to be down the road. Who does that leave up here?, the grounds man only now looking after the one pitch now that fort George won’t be used and the shop staff???? What happens on press day (normally a Thursday I think), where they come to the stadium and speak with Duncs? I suppose they could do it over Zoom or something! It all seems quite disjointed and a huge gamble to attract a better quality of player. I would like the board to put out a statement confirming they back this venture or otherwise !!!!
  2. Who do we think is currently scoping out and recruiting new players?????? Anyone ??
  3. The longer the silence on management and restructuring, the more it looks like remaining the same!!!!!!
  4. The current management team did not want a sporting director making decisions about the signing of players etc, so he was removed so DF and GB could make those decisions themselves.
  5. It’s not the only thing connected to this club that’s running slow !!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. There was an interview with the manager after the match on Saturday. Why is this not up and available online yet?. Seems like the press and journalists have more of an insight to what the manager is thinking than the fans. This is absolutely unacceptable !
  7. Managerially he was last with Cowdenbeath who were bottom of their league when he left. After that he was selling car parts in Dundee. Now got a decent side kick role at ICT.
  8. He doesn’t seem to add much to the overall coaching and development. If he does, then why is there a need for Kelllacher? Surely no need for both? Don’t we also have a sports scientist/ coach. All seems a bit excessive for our Club.
  9. We will probably end up with Kelllacher as the cheap available option.
  10. Just checked the Club website, can also add Callum Macleod to that list.
  11. Not sure of their contract situation, but don’t we also have Corey Patterson, Sam Nixon and Jack Walker on the books?
  12. What happens if we get relegated????? Well as I was leaving the stadium last night waiting for the Police to deal with a few scuffles and keep us away from the Hamilton fans, I heard ( because one was crying and letting others know), that two young females from the shop / admin staff had lost their jobs and were told after the match. Likely more to follow, but that seems to be the harsh reality of the situation.
  13. I still can’t comprehend that if we lose on Saturday we will be relegated! How has it come to this? Even if we win another two tough games will follow. Surely if we go down those making decisions and managing the club will go? Even if we stay up the changes have got to be deeper and wider than the Chairman recently stated, for sake of this Club!
  14. He has had 30 games and a transfer window to keep us up…….. he hasn’t managed to do that even with his loan signings from big clubs in England. What makes you so sure he can do better with less budget in a lower league( if we end up there).
  15. Went to the match yesterday expecting a real battling performance given the seriousness of our position, but what I saw was a bunch of players (not a team), that looked like they really lacked energy. Ridgers did make a few good saves and there was plenty of possession and sideways passing, but not enough fight and desire to keep us out the relegation playoffs. When Billy missed that penalty my heart sank, really felt for him. Summed up our current state of affairs. Even if we do survive in the Championship, I really fear for next season given lack of finances and current structure of the Club.
  16. Chilokoa - Mullen is out long term too, but so is Gilmour & Shaw who Duncs did not sign.
  17. I think you will find it is correct. The Trust want money to increase their shares. That money goes to the Club. The Trust already have a relatively significant shareholding, which does/should provide the voice/influence they refer to in their statement. They just don’t seem to be using it effectively at the moment. I will keep this train of comment for the other thread.
  18. A deserved 3 points yesterday which are absolutely needed, but let’s not get carried away. A narrow win over a part time team, who are bottom of the league and played a percentage of the game with 10 men. Hardly emphatic. We also find out yesterday that the Trust want fans to give them money, to in turn give it to the Club in turn for no more voice than they already have ????!!!!! All going great .
  19. Even if you gave folk a fiver you would struggle to attract anyone to watch this current pi#h.
  20. A good point, well made. We remain in 9th relegation playoff place and the others currently don’t . Even if we beat Arbroath on Saturday ( which I expect we will), we will still be 9th. 4 games left then to save the season. In Duncs we Trust?????????
  21. The management team ( DF, GB, SK etc), & the players are the reason we are in 9th ( relegation playoff place). The lower in the league we finish ( let’s be optimistic and say 8th), also has a huge financial bearing at the end of the season. Performance & position will only make worse the wider issues you refer to.
  22. Duncs has had every game since 30 Sep last year to shape this team and the cheap loanees you refer to are his signings. He has had plenty time now to make the situation better than he found it, but hasn’t. With 5 games remaining this season I would like to share your optimism, but don’t.
  23. I think you are right. I wonder if they would want to stay, particularly if there was not a great budget for next season. They might say they achieved their aim and find a get out clause at “mutual consent” !
  24. If we scrape into 8th place or survive the relegation playoffs, do we think DF and GB will still be here next season ?
  25. Didn’t make it to Firhill today, but two mates did. When he came over and heard some dissent his attitude changed immediately. He couldn’t believe fans would be disgruntled. He is absolutely detached from the reality of where we are. This is dire .
