  1. A class act indeed and if you don't ask you don't get.
  2. Unlucky not to get a penalty as well I'd say
  3. That's the way DBS nice and positive. I think CC should stay, as he has put teams out this season that have played some good football. All he needs to do now is sign some decent players, often a manager lives and dies on by who he signs. In my opinion a defender to replace Dodds, a new midfiled that can pass a ball forwards in the direction of the oppostion goal and at least one stiker capapble of putting the ball in the net and we'll be laughing.

Any step by the club to get more bums on seats gets my vote. Howevr, they need to get they're thinking caps on though and be a bit more imaginative, generallly, in this whole area.
  5. I've been watching your infamous drummer! Did you know his favourite pastime was eating indian rubber tyres to music? I'm up for some singing and you can count my son in too, would probably by sensible to have a choir, I quite agree.
  6. We are in the results business. We won 1-0, picked up three points and went home happy.
  7. He was the best no. 10 in the Highland league, less insults please
  8. Just to be a bit mishchievous, since there's not much other crack on the go at the moment, Iam going to mention the words Meadowbank Thistle and 1972, just to make me feel a little better about being not so equal And for this post I'm going to sing Caley tomorrow!
  9. No one's to blame, that's just football for you. I though CC's decision to go for broke was a **** fine and brave idea, camping in your own penalty box with lots of defenders in a cup tie against Celtic is a bad idea. As the game wore on you're just asking for trouble, trying to hit them on the break with more forwards in my opionion was a better idea. I agree with you Rich that Blackie was best player on the park, but tired for sure when he came off. As for Johndo's dream? almost if Rankin could have hit the net in the second half!!!

Dear Mr 100, I agree to a point with what you say, but it was an excellent opportunity for Rory to prove if he's good enough, or not. I think we have a "tired" squad and need a few fresh faces in the summer if we are to progress, including a quality striker, which I know don't come cheap, but we have a very wealthy Chairman!
  11. I take it Dargo is definitely not going to play. I just wondered if CC was playing some mind games when he ruled him out a few weeks ago?
  12. We should have tapped into this market a long time ago. I've been saying to my mates for ages surely there has to be a decent Polish, or other foreign national, player in town, or one who has a brother at home who is?
  13. Whilst our main strikers are out, I wouldn't loose any sleep if Baz played up front.
  14. For me Kenny Dalgleish by a country mile

He's a great goalie with lots of confidence and already showed he can do more than one thing that Broonie couldn't.
  17. I believe her family have moved to the central belt, they remains good friends with Robbo and she was his guest in Sat.

That's called an unequivocal reply...... You think you've got a dilema ICTD, my wifes offered me sex if I don't go to the football or watch the rugby!. I've told me wife she'll have to wait until later, as I'm going to the longman. My suggestion is you climb the wall at TCS and take your headphones with you for the rugby.
  21. That will probably be the outcome RIG, but who knows what may happen if he gets his chance and as Mark said himself he has his goals, excuse the pun. Personally I don't think Mark is the finished article as a goalie and struck me as being somewhat nervous at times, although he is a fabulous shot stopper.
  22. You can hardly blame Mark for moving, rumour has it £6000 a week Plus £72,000 signing on fee, diffucult to refuse even though he knew what was to come.
  23. This is excellent HC, I can actually hear him saying this as I read your translation. I actually have a lot of time for Yogi as a manager and a person, same I do with all honest people.
  24. I think we should forget about replacing our goalie and go 4-4-3, that'll shock em...
  25. I have never had any time for this man and have always found his manner offensive. And as far as foortball goes my dead granny knows more about it than him. How he ever wangled his way back into TV I'll never know?
