Only half the pitch covered.

Whilst watching the STV News this evening, i noticed that only half the pitch (The North Stand end, i think) was covered and the other half not, anyone ken how that was?

Also, what like is the Forecast for Inverness up until Sunday Afternoon?

Hopefully this game is not in doubt, i took Sunday off just to go down and see this match, would be a bummer if it was off.

What was it covered with? I thought the south end was covered with grass?

Tommy Cumming is going to layer the south end with jelly and ice cream tomorrow so don't worry.

Chances are that STV just caught them when they were only half way through putting on/taking off the covers.

Thanks CaleyD, sounds about right. At least you gave a sensible answer unlike a certain poster, had a few to many to drink methinks Mr MacRae :O.
