  1. Quite looking forward to being the most hated team in the SPL with these two signings.
  2. RIG loves Yogi more than Ryan Esson imho x
  3. Having a Red Card evening in Gateshead as I tweet ;)
  4. Best team in NE. Aye. Discuss
  5. Many ICT fans were outraged at the appointment of Yogi. Trolls such as 'Top Six Next Year' and 'RIG' vented their fury. But look at us now. Are the trolls ready to repent and admit that Yogi and Caley Thistle are made to be. Posted from the Nags Heed after our 7-6 demolition of Grimsby ;)
  6. Holding the AGM of the Gateshead FC / ICTFC Supporters Club, in Gateshead on Saturday. 2,000 should be in attendance. ;-)
  7. Great performance all round last night. My MOTM goes to Dave the Rave... if only that volley had gone in! Imagine the #Scenes. Brilliant atmosphere generated by the fans as as well. The Mallard was strengely quiet pre match. I think a lot of fans were dreading this one. But the players delivered and now they deserve a well earned rest. Could have and should have been more goals. Just listened to Adams interview. What a seething mess. You're going down with the Jambos!
  8. Just had a chance to read some of these comments. What an utter seethe fest. I was happy with the appointment (he was actually my 3rd choice behind Csaba and Shiels) and definately in my preferred candidates list. There's been many poor results / performances that have coincided with a ridiculous build up of games. However, I do believe we would have had more points in the bag if we had played a more direct style. This is dissapointing, and I do feel that perhaps Yogi has started to stamp his mark at the wrong moment. During a back log of fixtures when we are chasing Europe is not ideal, and it has cost us valuable points. However, leave it too late to practise this style in competitive games and it could lead to a disastrous start next season. So I am in two minds. He's started implementing his style and he's asked us for patience to get his new system working. Therefore, that is what i'm going to do - be patient. I believe the majority of the players are happy to try it and he has the support of the dressing room. Therefore he deserves the chance to try it. All this chat about 'educating' players was perhaps badly worded. I assume he means that it will take time for the players to learn / adapt to his style. Yogi believes it will work, the players are on board so I am willing to wait and see. If it all goes tits up, then at least we have a good squad in place if he needs to change style. Last night was excellent. There was some very neat passing play and it was a pleasure to watch. The players will be glad of the rest now so hopefully we can line up with a similar formation after the split. If we line up regularly with a similar formation as last night, and with the high quaility of players we have, then Yogi could potentially be a long term success at the club.
  9. Plenty of folk don‘t use the buses. I‘ll be meeting other central belt based fans late Wednesday afternoon and heading through to Motherwell. I don‘t go to midweek home games though. Not taking a day off work for it. I‘d imagine this is the same with most Inverness based fans regarding midweek away games.
  10. We may have a drop in gate revenues but we could still sustain a top flight club. CapitalCaley
  11. ICT do not ‘need‘ County in the same league.
  12. I hope they go down tbh. Then MacGregor walks away and they go into administration. Nobody deserves to lose the team they support. So I then hope they are liquidated, form a Newco County, start back in the Highland League and slog it out with the likes of Strathspey Jags and Fort Bill to avoid the bottom placed spot every year. Hello down there ;)
  13. Didn‘t see it but not sure why he would be complaining. Interesting to hear what the issue is. Only suitable football stadiums available are Celtic Park or Ibrox. Wasn‘t fussed either way. Both good stadiums.
  14. Not so sure about the weather. Wind forecast for Saturday is 20-25 mph. Strong! But playable. Showery Friday morning with sunshine Friday afternoon / dry Friday evening. Looks like from around midnight onwards on Saturday it‘s heavy rain. I suppose it depends on how heavy and how bad the pitch is. I‘m quite hopeful.
  15. He did mention dry trains. But nothing to suggest there‘s dry trains on Saturday. Seems there was a dry train for a random game against Ayr. Ayr would have brought a good sized crowd down.
  16. Dundee love sacking a manager whilst top of the league.
  17. Lets paint the LRT blue, red and black ;)
  18. Haha. Think i‘ll avoid taking my (new) glasses to game for a while. I tell you what though. The celebrations at Nicks goals.... absolute scenes. That goal and the post penalty shoot out celebrations were more enjoyable than Feb 8th. So Sunday was my most memorable moment... and it was all a feckin blur after Gregs goal. #Scenes
  19. On the 0938 train out of Glasgow with Govan Jaggie, RedCard, IHE, martinskye and iain. Singing voices at the ready ;)
  20. A bit misleading. How do you know he thinks that? He retweeted the guy, but so did I. Retweets don‘t mean endorsements. The number is way off the mark though. Lets not start a witch hunt against an ICT player right before a Semi Final. People get far too upset about tweets and posts on football forums.
  21. They said that the last time. Told us there‘d be a buffet. Then we all crammed in and they didn‘t put any food on. Has the same invite been extemded? I won‘t be going back there. Iona for me.
  22. The two most common comments regarding the Military I hear from Yes supporters are ‘We won‘t need to go invading other countries‘ and ‘Smaller Military will be less expense on tax payer‘ But with no clear plan for the thousands of Scottish men and women employed by the Military then it appears there could be a heck of a lot of jobs at risk if Scotland votes yes. I cannot see it being feasable to share Military. Military intentions of a UK Government may be very much different to Military intentions of a Scottish Government. However I suppose negotiations could come up with serving Scottish personnel being allowed to remain within the British Army. But with no clear plan to keep every personnel in employment then this for me is a black mark for the Yes Camp.
