There seems to be a consensus amongst some ICT fans that if Dods leaves then Caff is not the man to step in a fill his shoes. Is there a particular reason for this?

Stuart has barely had any chances this season and any time he has played he has done pretty well IMO so I can't see why he is suddenly deemed not good enough to come back into the team.

The only way of resurrecting his career is to introduce him to an oval ball, ensuring that he he plays with individuals with comparable ball skills. I mean the forwards not backs.
