Was listening to 606 yesterday night and heard countless Blackburn fans phoning in and congratulating the chairmen for drastically lowering the ticket prices for uefa cup match. individuals were talking about how relatives who had not been in years went for the first time 2nite and that the atmosphere was rocking

They only dropped the prices due to the fact that the game kicked-off at 6pm on a Thursday evening.  This one-off gesture was offset by the fact that they received a wedge from German TV to move the game to fit in with their schedules.

I think Motherwell agreed to something similar when they played Borussia Dortmund in Europe a good few years back.

That is totally out of order... Man U supporters clubs should organise a total boycott for their game with Fulham....

Re the Blackburn game - The atmosphere might have been a bit special but Blackburn still lost the tie....
