Had my driving test at 11 (which I passed btw... get in!) but the plan was to head to the footabll after not realising it was an early kick off...

Saw Kev and he said he had been waiting for you to get his ticket before the game but you never turned up!

Slightly different to Hairy, I knew it was early but left later than planned and went via Halfords as my number plate had fallen off, did not leave sneck till 09:40, and traffic hold ups slowed the progress, missed the first 15 mins, decent watch I thought.

On the subject of singing, it occurred to me in the shower this morning, as "One Man Went To Mow" wafted through my semi-consciousness, that OMWTM could be personalised easily by the simple change to eg "One man went to sh*g, went to sh*g St Mirren/United/the Buddies/the Arabs" etc. Also giving the opportunity to make the song even longer, as you need to go up to 11.
